Another local termite company in town told me that my house needed a "treatment" before I could sell my house, and my realtor recommended Wheeldon. Andy and Jason could had sold a treatment when I called for a quote, but they are honest and told me that no treatment was needed! The other termite inspector saw wood debris from a prior subfloor repair and mistaken it as termite damage, even though no live nor dead termite was found anywhere. Wheeldon is the best!!!

After speaking with Toby's over the phone about the situation, they sent out two great guys that did a thorough inspection. Shortly after they did an extensive treatment of the home and also provided me with a great written report of their findings, including photos. Since this work was done, I have not seen one termite. They warrantied the work and overall, I am very impressed and would hire them again, without question.

I had a sentricon system installed around my house to keep termites away. Which I paid $1200 to have installed only to have to wait 6 months for the job to be completed. The excuse was that all there hammer drills were broken to be able to get through the concrete and they were waiting for them to be repaired. You would think a company that talks as highly about there selves as Orkin does would have the tools to complete the job! Then to get a pleasant surprise of water in my basement after determining that when installing the Sentricon system they drilled through a drain pipe in the ground. Which is understandable if you couldn't see the pipe out of the ground 2ft beside of it.. $50 dollars and an hour later the problem was solved with no reimbursement offered. Now on to the pest control part of the contract which I pay $65 a month, only to have someone pull in the driveway 3 of the first 4 months an not spray a thing. (Yes I have cameras). I called about that and the only thing mentioned was that they have GPS trackers on the truck and it appeared to have been at my address. They didn't offer to reimburse me to make it right. I dealt with Andrew Dale at the Bowling Green, Ky location he has a good speech but that's about all he doesn't back up what he says and he simply cannot follow any directions. I called yesterday to cancel the contract and have them re install the Sentricon bait station that was installed through the gutter system. I strictly told him (Andrew Dale) to have the tech call me before he got there only to never receive a phone call and catch him on my camera system fixing to reinstall the bait station. I hope this review is enough to make you choose another pest control service and save yourself the headache.

They just show up with no warning and you'll never know when your next appointment is. I've never had the same tech but they're all nice and educated, just work for a horrible company. Save yourself the major headache and just go with a locally owned company for a few bucks more.

The pest control is good. The business office is abysmal-the worst. First. They tell you when…read morethey're coming-they never ask. They come when you're not home, some you don't know whether they spayed or not and you definitely know they could not have spayed inside. Second is their bookkeeping. I've been billed since Aug 2025 for something I'd already paid. I did finally get the refund I was owed in May 2026. July 1st I got another bill for the same thing. They have promised every month they will take care of it but 11 months later it still shows up every month.
