Highly Recommend EcoGuard Pest!…read more We have been using EcoGuard Pest for quite some time now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I've had three different technicians come to our home so far, and every single one has been great! We originally started using their services after my Seresto flea collars failed us and my dogs brought fleas into the house. Granted, we had blasting going on directly behind our house while a new neighborhood was being built, as well as blasting happening at the front of our neighborhood for a different development. This was likely contributing to a much higher-than-normal flea population in our yard, and the flea collars simply couldn't keep up. I called EcoGuard after being stood up by one pest company and rescheduled three times by another. EcoGuard was incredibly quick to come out and was extremely thorough. After just two treatments, they completely eradicated the fleas. We then had them begin treating our yard for fleas and ticks, as well as treating the exterior of our house with their pest maintenance service. This includes spraying to help keep bugs outside of my house, removing wasp nests, spiderwebs, etc. They come out on a quarterly basis. About a month ago, a mouse tried to take refuge in our house. I called EcoGuard immediately, and they came out the very next day. They didn't just set traps and leave--they actually helped me search for where the mouse could have gotten inside. We discovered that our puppy had more than likely pulled the cover off of our exterior dryer vent and chewed on the cover. I fixed that immediately, and thankfully, we haven't had any mice issues since. Then yesterday, I noticed some ants in my kitchen and gave them a call. Again, they came out the very next day. Robert treated the interior baseboards, underneath my sink, the tiny space between my granite and drywall, windows and doors, and placed a bait station on my countertop. He also treated the exterior windows, foundation, around the perimeter of our landscaping beds, the hot tub area, patio, certain areas of the siding and brick... literally anywhere he could treat, he treated! He was incredibly attentive and then took the time to help me look for ant trails so we could figure out where they were coming from. We found the source, and he treated that area as well as placing two bait stations underneath our grill deck where we believe they set up camp. The technician who has come out the last three times is Robert, and he has been absolutely wonderful. He is extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about solving the problem--not just checking a box and leaving. I highly recommend Robert, as well as EcoGuard Pest as a company. They have yet to frustrate me or make me feel like I'm wasting my money. Their prices are very fair, they are on time, every technician I've met has been respectful and thorough, and their customer service is exactly what customer service should be. Even though I've had to call them out for two problems, I do not believe that is because they aren't doing a good job during their quarterly visits. Sometimes, that's just Mother Nature and life! When something unexpected pops up, they are here actually ASAP to help me figure it out and fix the problem--with a smile and a good attitude. That means a lot to me! Instead of calling me back and talking to me, the one who made the request, they simply tell my agent that there are termites and that it would be $1200 to treat. She even claimed it was a state law that you cannot buy a house without getting a WDI letter which would cost me $60. I do realize that some lenders, for some types of loans will require it, but it is not a state law. I'm usually very patient with customer service, but after several short comments and being told that I wasting her time, I told her that her attitude sucked ( being rude), she proceeded to hang up on me. If this is the type of customer service that I can expect from this company, I'll happily take my business elsewhere. I might end up paying $1200 for treatment, but it won't be with them.

During one of the service calls, because of a mistake or oversight, a significant mess was made in the basement in which I had just built white shelving, laundry area structures and a concrete folding table. They were working on the roof, so they probably weren't aware of the mess in the basement. I called the office to alert them to the mess. They sent someone out to assess the situation and he determined, yes, they were at fault and this was on them. After he consulted with the manager, I was told that they would take care of the clean up, but they didn't want to attempt it themselves for fear of making it worse. (soot). So the manager calls around to find a restoration specialist to do the cleanup. They contracted Service Masters who did an excellent job of putting things back in order. But that came out of the pocket of Complete Animal Control, so I'm positive they lost money on the job at my house. Colin - the manager - called me several times throughout the process to let me know the actions they were taking to fix their mistake. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. The actual work getting rid of the Chimney Swifts was great, just this one hiccup that could have been a customer service nightmare for me. But I cannot say how much they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Look, stuff happens. People make mistakes. But, this company owned up to it and made sure they fixed it. I haven't experienced customer service this excellent in years. It was very refreshing. I will definitely call them again if I need their services. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Animal Control. They do great work, and they will make sure you are happy. I once actually got chewed out because I CAUGHT an animal!!!!!!!! Poor lady had her crawl spaced destroyed because they wanted to keep billing her for trapping sessions until I got there. The turnover rate is insane. 99% turnover. And believe me only the good ones leave. Your Sr people will throw you under the bus every chance they get to save their own hide when they screwed up. Twice I almost fell off a roof due to no harness. Only caught myself by driving my knife into the roof before I went over the edge. Once I did. Landed on the second roof and grabbed onto the ridge before I fell the last 20' onto concrete. Then I Gave my two weeks notice and they fired me. No severance no nothing. Overhaul please please please don't not work for them. They are like a bad relationship and will manipulate you and make you think you were wrong. They are an evil company and will use you for their own greed. I should have sued them. I regret not suing them evey time I see one if those awful trucks
