I arranged for my agent to meet them there so that they would have access. Instead of calling me back and talking to me, the one who made the request, they simply tell my agent that there are termites and that it would be $1200 to treat. I was expecting the call so I waited a couple of hours. After which, I called their office. A young sounding girl answered. She was incredibly rude. She even claimed it was a state law that you cannot buy a house without getting a WDI letter which would cost me $60. I do realize that some lenders, for some types of loans will require it, but it is not a state law. I'm usually very patient with customer service, but after several short comments and being told that I wasting her time, I told her that her attitude sucked ( being rude), she proceeded to hang up on me. If this is the type of customer service that I can expect from this company, I'll happily take my business elsewhere. I might end up paying $1200 for treatment, but it won't be with them.

They did a terrific job; caught an opossum the first night they set traps, and a racoon the last night they trapped. They also sealed various openings (our house is 100 +years old) along the roof, covered the ridge line with a metal mesh, and covered all the vents with a metal screen. They also removed the old vapor barrier in the crawl space as animals had been getting in and making a real mess. They sealed all around our HVAC, and added hardware to a wrapped door into the crawl space. Lastly, they treated the crawl space and attic with an enzyme spray. Our house was very quiet last night!
