They were so kind even though our boys were a handful. We were able to get everything fixed and we left the store happy and surprised that they didn't kick us out and they gave us really good deals. Thank you to everyone at Cricket especially the woman who was working there on the receipt it says her name is Chelsea F. She waited on us for hours and she didn't give up until we left the store satisfied and everything completed.

I went in Thursday to get an iPhone after my current phone took a bath and was misquoted a price on an iPhone SE by both the associate and the manager. I was told it was $199 by both . I walked around and selected an otter box . Then the phone rang up for $350. I was told by the store manager that I must have misunderstood the price. I told him that I had worked across the street in the Walmart connection center for a year in cell phone retail so I didn't misunderstand anything and that I didn't appreciate him trying to gaslight me. I was asked to leave the store without a device . I feel as if this man did not treat me like a human being. Then I left a review on the Facebook page that was deleted within 8 hours. Lol @ him though because I had saved a screenshot which I reposted asking why my prior review was removed. I wouldn't go back to this location after being treated this way.

    It would take a long time to say everything that occured so I'll just stick to the bigger things…read more 1st they have a policy that if you spend over 100 dollars cash on anything you will not recieve your money for a minimum of 14 days period. Of course you wouldn't know that as they know for a fact if they posted that specific info at their registers then they would quickly become the one business in america that people would refuse to spend cash at. They work on commissions and at their Gallatin location the store manager trains them on being worse than any car salesman you've ever met. It must be that way because once you meet the guy he does the same exact things and acts the same as his employee's. They will say ANYTHING to get you to buy something sometimes not even saying anything as one of their employees added a product at the register when I was in the process of making a very, very large purchase of a new computer over 2000 dollars. He explained it by showing me the product and saying "if you install this you will get 40% off the price of it". What he didn't tell me was that he charged me 100$ for the product and did not tell me so I had thought by his statement IF I installed the product AND bought it (online like you literally do with 90% of this type of item) I would get a huge discount). The manager had no clue as to why after I found out the employee "slipped in" the other product I didn't know that I was buying why I would bring everything back........... Where I grew up once you know for a fact someone lied to your face (really committed fraud) you don't do any business with them at all period because you can't trust them! I literally, literally had to explain that to the store manager 3 times because (here comes the teaching his staff to be lying salesmen part) acted as if he totally did not understand what I meant the three times I had said your employee flat out lied to me just to get me to buy the product. He kept trying to jump past that specific action that led us to the return and he kept asking things instead like "so it didn't perform as you wanted or it didn't this or that" (he was trying to go down that specific road to put everything on the product that I purchased if it was faulty or not and NOT that it was his teaching his employee's to say anything and do anything just to make a profit and allowing them to use the tactics that they do to sell products as they do. Imagine literally telling someone that their employee "sold" you something without your knowledge and that he flat out lied to your face repeatedly about the actual main purchase you were buying and after three times each time he looks you in the face and says "I don't understand was there something wrong with the product"? That is exactly what happened no somewhat or sort of but EXACTLY how it happened. To make it worse the employee in the parking lot got my phone number directly after buying the computer whe he brought it out he wanted to buy MY old computer (which is totally against their company policy and I know that because he told me to my face "I'm not supposed to do this but I been looking for a bigger tower case" and you tell the store manager that including that this employee has my personal number in his phone right now and he can go look just to prove he's a liar only for the manager to blow me off insinuating I was just saying things at that point due to being mad. So calling me a liar. That's why I know the manager is telling them to do these things, he won't even go check a phone for proof of deception. Everything was a deflection then they had to "check" to make sure it still worked (totally get that) but after like 45 minutes in a totally empty store it became the manager trying to make me stand there as long as possible just to get me the maddest. He had literally 1 page to fill out all of which equated out to be less than a half a paragraph which (while at this point he was finally back at the counter) I stood there for an additional 20 minutes waiting on that one page to be completed. Oh you have no idea I could go on for a minute and then if that wasn't enough the district manager refuses to call anyone back (read the other reviews) because again these people have knowledge that their employees do slimy things and they let them and it's all good to them. No accountability, as long as they keep selling they don't care how they do it. All I can say is thankfully I can hold my temper but I guarantee just by the way the manager doesn't know any better when to stop pushing and as crazy as people are today I'm glad that I don't work there because it's only a matter of time when he will pull that with someone who doesn't deal with things like normal people. I've was in the military for over 10 years and have been in active zones. I was so upset I was literally shaking not from anger but just from stress you have no idea. Do yourself a favor even if you have to pay more it's worth it to go somewhere else!

    Do not waste your money on the extended warranty for the Roomba j5+. My husband bought it and was…read morenot told the warranty only covers a single repair -- a major red flag. When I tried to use the warranty, Best Buy denied the claim because the Roomba's camera malfunctioned and it ran over dog feces. Their policy excludes coverage for malfunctions caused by contact with human or animal urine or feces. The vacuum returned to its dock but then displayed a right-wheel error and would not operate. I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible without submerging it and brought it in for service, but they still refused coverage. After being told it wasn't covered, I replaced the wheel module myself and it didn't fix the problem, so the contamination likely damaged internal electronics. I was embarrassed to admit what happened but I was honest because I feared more damage. My $700 Roomba is now unusable -- the worst value I've experienced. We will not be buying from Best Buy again.

After repeated confirmations, unexplained cancellations, and a complete no-show delivery on February 9, 2026 (with no call, text, or email), Best Buy still could not tell me where my paid-for microwave was--or when it would arrive. Supervisors provided conflicting information, refused escalation, and continued to promise inventory that clearly did not exist. I canceled the order on February 9, purchased the same appliance from Home Depot the same day, and had it delivered on February 11--without issue. I didn't want apologies or gift cards. I wanted honesty, respect for my time, and delivery of what I paid for. Do better, Best Buy.
