It is never as easy to leave a plan as it is to get signed up! After long waits on hold and several referrals to other numbers to call, I was at the end of my rope. Thankfully my family was still at the store and completing their upgrade and getting their new phones. Brandon Stanley, the person at the store helping them, stepped up and was able to resolve the issues and get me the transfer PIN number required to change my service! Thank you Brandon! Sometimes one must wait; however, one is placed on a list when entering said store and usually the information and required answers to any questions are given in a totally professional manner. One such sales representative is Hawkins Whitehead. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has the total patience of the biblical individual, Job. This client found him to be extremely helpful with some of the major issues with the Apple 1400. His demeanor shows professionalism with an interest with his clients. This client had numerous major issues and Hawkins, patiently explained and solved all of the select problems, with the Apple 1400. The manager of this particular store is also a great 'people' person and this the client certainly gives this T-Mobile store very high recommendations; moreover, the location on Miller Road is very excessive able from I-75.

I just wanted a quote because the post office bowled me over with what they were going to do me in with when it came to their oversize Parcel Post package surcharge (just under $70 total w/ delivery confirmation and $100 insurance vs. $15 for the standard P.Post package/weight charge). UPS charges would have run about $60. I put sending the mirror out on hold, but did not realize I didn't have to waste my time packing that irregular sucker myself (and what a PIA it was). Per the nice UPS Store guy, If you buy the packing box/materials from, and ship with, them, they will pack it for you. I'd always thought the actual packing was an extra charge and avoided going that far before. Good to know! Oh, and per my BF, the UPS shipping place in Pontiac has a real cranky older woman who hassles him everytime he ships out an Ebay package. I advised him, as I would advise you, to make the trip to this store in Waterford to minimize any and all aggravations.
