This time I stopped by the Samsung Experience Store for the Samsung Galaxy x BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG" experience. I tried out a Galaxy S26 Ultra display phone and tapped the Arirang logo app with assistance from a staff member. I took my three selfies and sent it to myself. The staff member handed me a limited-edition East Rutherford Samsung collectible pin released for the BTS Arirang World Tour. It's a really nice pin and the whole process was very quick.

The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this. Unfortunately most places will just fix things that don't need repair and charge you for it.

Everyone was cordial and engaging and I appreciate Jaylen for going above and beyond assisting me with my return, regardless of getting the wrong controller. It's hard to tell because the box is sealed. I've always had excellent customer service here. This is the Best place to Buy your appliances, gaming needs, computer and more. :) I also had a better deal by paying less for the same product purchased at another store. He recommended me going to a side location which made no sense. I should've known from his lackluster attitude that he truly did not want to be there, and the customer service provided reflected it. I went to another Verizon location and was serviced appropriately, physical SIM card and all. He sat closest to the door on Saturday, January 3rd. Don't waste your time here. Definitely not a good reflection of this company

The phone ended up not working fully. It can not receive calls even the customer service rep over the phone told him it may be a defective phone. He refused to provide his name because he started acting like a chick once he got on the phone with his boss saying I have an active phone so just come back at 8am and they can fix the problem. Meanwhile, I look on line now and they do not open until 10. Karma is real and he will realize it one day. I will post his name on the next review after we go back to that store with their broken phone.​
