After getting a replacement flip phone from T-Mobile the manufacturer screen protector started to bubble up. Currently T-mobile is only offering me a jump upgrade they won't allow me to switch phones and I have to pay $335. They told me to go to samsung and get a new screen protector and that it was going to be free. After my last experience at samsung I didn't believe this but off I went. I ran into the same guy I yelled at last time, I apologized for yelling at him. He looked at my phone and what do you know, this first new screen protector I needed would in fact be free. I had to wait about a half hour and they replaced my screen protector. The wifi was a bit shoddy, I was using my laptop while waiting for my phone. Based on this recent experience I can update my review to 3 stars. Visit Date: January 17, 2025 I just got a Galaxy Flip Phone and it broke on me pretty fast, and I didn't do anything to cause the phone to break. I visited T-mobile on my lunch break and they told me if I went to the Samsung Experience Store in Garden City they would fix my phone screen for free as a one time courtesy. So I went in after making an appointment with one of my best friends who gets panic attacks when she's in large crowds and showed them my phone. The guy gave me some BS about me doing something to break the warranty on my phone. I didn't believe him, I yelled at him and left the store because I wasn't paying a discounted rate of $200 to fix the phone screen. I asked my friend if it was just me, she believes like me that this guy would have found any reason to say that I broke the warranty on my phone. I wasted my time here, if you're depending on this store for help, I have doubts and lack of faith that they'll help you.

I wanted to get the s26 ultra and decided to do pick up at this location. When I ordered it online they said it would be ready by Sunday but I waited all day for the email. It takes me about 40 minutes to get to this store and I wanted to make it a day at the mall with the kids. I called Samsung and they said that its already fulfilled but I have to wait for the email in order to pick it up. So I called this store to see if they could mark it as fulfilled. I waited over 2 hours on the phone - twice. that's 4 hours on hold .. but it never went through. I finally gave up and cancelled my order at 6pm since they close at 7pm on Sundays. It's a shame , I was really hoping to have the phone on hand so I can start porting all my stuff over to the new phone on a weekend. I'm still a Samsung fanboy but this Samsung experience was really a let down.

I would avoid going to the mall kiosks as they charge whatever they want, tells you it will take x minutes to fix even when it shouldn't take that long and uses off-brand replacement parts. I did a Google search & decided to give this place a call- Vijay ordered the Samsung lens for me and 2 days later, I drove 30 mins. here & got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He was a cool guy- always responsive, friendly and it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the lens. Highly recommend I Fix for all your tech repair needs *call first*. I told the gentleman that I wanted to make a return but wanted to see if they have what I needed in the electronics section. The associate was very professional. I mean he did an outstanding job engaging with me. I didn't get his name but he sets the standard for customer interaction. They put the right person in the right place on July 4th @12:42 pm. Everyone was cordial and engaging and I appreciate Jaylen for going above and beyond assisting me with my return, regardless of getting the wrong controller. It's hard to tell because the box is sealed. I've always had excellent customer service here. This is the Best place to Buy your appliances, gaming needs, computer and more. :) I also had a better deal by paying less for the same product purchased at another store. Worst store I every bought from. Staff is uneducated about products…read more I had three staff members trying to help me on an air conditioner. They knew nothing about anything. Said it was out of stock. Then they ordered the air conditioner and told me I needed the sleeve too. They were wrong. I did not need a new sleeve as the one I have fit this air conditioner. Now I have to bring this big heavy box back to the store in Westbury myself because I didn't purchase it online. Get you act together. Educate your Staff & its Policy for returns.
