He immediately was able to give me a quote for someone that has the part and would be able to fix it, but after taking to Jack, we concluded that the phone wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciate the honesty that Jack provided. Since he had already claimed my Groupon, he said he will make sure I get a refund, and I did. He runs a very honest and friendly business. I know from now on, if I need anything phone related, I'm definitely coming here! He is a man of his words and you will feel safe coming here if you're a tech-tard like me!

He had to order it, wasn't in stock, it cost me $100. which I don't regret because my life would have been much more difficult without being able to erase/transfer some very confidential and important data from the old phone. He was friendly and helpful. I've never had to do something like this before so I can't speak to if the price was reasonable or not, but I was satisfied.
