    Company Review:  (unfortunately, this hurts all local AT&T Stores, so I'm posting it at multiple)…read more AT&T has fragmented its business model so poorly, that phones and deals done at Target or BJ's or other retailers cannot be supported or investigated by in store staff.  Okay, sounds fair you might say, but AT&T CORPORATE STORES CANNOT HELP YOU if you performed a PHONE PURCHASE, UPGRADE or other transactions with AT&T directly using their OWN CORPORATE RUN WEBSITE?   What a farce.  And Goodness help you if you go to a RESELLER STORE MASQUERADING AS A CORPORATE RUN STORE, because there is not an obvious way to know the difference, but they'll be even less helpful!! I'll be leaving similar reviews at all the local AT&T stores.  If you want to be able to go, and have a Store Manager fix an issue for you, ONLY deal with the store directly, never the online store or phone customer service.   The whole company is built to grab your money and waste your time.   Consider another cellular provider.

I met with Brian in the West Springfield office. He was funny, polite and didn't push any sale on us. He tried to get any discount he could without being prompted to do so. He did not rush us, yet we were going beyond the hour an opener should still be working. I called him this morning as I had a few questions, he gave us the same help as last evening. It was actually the best experience I have had with a phone upgrade. Seamlessly easy.

His colleague was also super helpful and I didn't catch her name!! But she sold me on a new car magnet adapter phone holder thing that I've needed for ages. Overall super glad I got them when going into the store, Danny and his colleague deserve a raise and a bonus and more for being so helpful and bearing with my crazy energy coming into the store

No one came and we asked the woman again and she wouldn't take our name and told us to wait. My husband is disabled and the security guard was concerned and came over and offered him a seat. He declined and we continued to wait even though some of the workers were huddled and chatting amongst themselves. A kind customer offered us his appointment spot. At this point we decided to leave. This is a very poorly run poorly run store. We probably would not return to this store.

    I just had the worst customer service experience! My daughter had her iPad screen replaced and an…read moreexpensive screen protector put on here about 4 months ago. I bring it in today because she needs a new screen protector. Well turns out there is a huge crack UNDER the screen protector. The one that is advertised to not break even with being hit by a hammer etc. false advertisement for sure. So not only did THEIR screen protector break, but THEIR screen as well. This is not the first screen protector I've had to fix with them either, my husbands began lifting only a short time after putting it on. They proceed to tell me they are going to give me the screen protector for $15 then. NO. I'm not giving you any more of my money. So he says he will give me the screen protector for free. Well sure now we have a covered screen but the cracks underneath are there. They refused to stick by their product. Even compared it to hitting a piñata. It could break or not. So I speak to the owner and he says he can replace the screen but for $80. Are you out of your mind ?! I'm not giving you another dime of my money. They will not be getting any service from me anymore ever. I urge everyone to watch out or steer clear of this retailer.
