Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job. They don't get mad if you don't get the stuff they are trying to sell you. This is my second time getting a phone at this Verizon because it was an emergency and they really do their best to accommodate what you need. Love them!
