I've used Ed since an ice storm in 1996 knocked out the phones in my telemarketing center. Ed set…read moreup new lines for us so we were the only ones in our building with service. Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.

He's always on time, reliable and most importantly trustworthy! We always recommend him to all of our customers. He's become not only our phone guy but a customer and part of our family! Meet Manny, Avoid Amanda!!!!!!!!!…read more Just as a disclaimer, these 5 stars are ONLY for Manny R. This location used to be a Sprint but it was turned into T Mobile after the acquisition. My family were Sprint customers and wanted to upgrade their phones so we came to this location. We were lucky enough to work with Manny who did everything in his power to find us the best deals and discounts to lower our monthly bill without us even asking. He is a huge credit to T Mobile and I really hope they appreciate him. My family ended up switching from Sprint to T Mobile and upgraded all of their phones with Manny, and he made the entire process super painless and fast. Fast forward to the next day, I actually came back to the store to change my phone because I wasn't happy with it and was unfortunately met by Amanda. She was extremely rude and seemed very uninterested in what I was trying to do. She was very negative and offered no solutions to my problem. It actually seemed like she was trying to get rid of me as soon as possible without helping me, which is maybe not the best approach if you're in customer service. I eventually asked to speak to Manny since I knew he would not only do his job, but would go above and beyond. Amanda provided the worst service I've ever experienced. After my less than stellar interaction with Amanda, Manny is the only reason I will come back here.

You must really think people are dum. Kevin! I was so annoyed and disgusted I played right along…read morewhen you tried to tell me that the tax on a "$300" really $216 free phone was $45. AS I suspected there was a $30. upgrade support fee that was NEVER mentioned. I have been a theatre artist and actor for years. I have even taught others how to be authentic. I am sorry, but the no eye contact and the non -sensical answers when I brought up the fact that I was going on 6 hours of working with SPrint now at T mobile to activate a loaner phone. The whispers, the fact that you swapped out my sim card to a mobile one without asking me, when online you are given the choice, then made it sound like you were doing me a favor by not charging me for it. The funny thing is if you had told me there was a one-time $30 fee, I would have still gotten the phone. So try honesty the next time around. Make a customer feel welcomed. Include them in the process. I am now going to figure out how to get my contacts and such off my broken phone with no screen. I asked you about that too, but you basically said I was out of luck. You did give me a free USB adapter thing. It didn't work. The whole vibe in the store is hushed whispers, and one gets the sense that you are being bamboozled and scammed. Cell phone salespeople are the used car salespeople of the 21st century. You should all get greasy polyester suits and finish the homage to that time in the 70's.
