He said the ONLY stipulation was I had to get into the Cloud (which he showed my daughter to do on her new phone) and get the find your phone feature removed. He said if we could not get to the cloud to do so then we could take it to the apple store and they can do it. Then bring the phone back and I get the credit. I did JUST that and got that feature removed. Go in to return today and he the ENTIRE story has now changed! No credit, oh wait he offered me $23 I asked THREE times before I left "are you sure if I get that removed and bring it back I get the credit, even with it being broke" he said YES each time! They tell you whatever to get the sale and then do not follow through! This is the THIRD time I have gone to this store and been LIED to. Either about the insurance, the bill totals my bill will be after making adjustments, and now this! When I ask to have him call a manager he said his manager was on PTO and they were left with no one else to contact...I run a business...this is a joke. He could have called someone but then he would have to explain how he told me whatever needed to get the sale 3 weeks ago. Since we check in with yelp, there is a $5 coupon. We also have the factory unlock so we can switch the carrier. It only takes them 24 hour to switch for $49 dollars. We have tested at the store to make sure it has reception. I like local store to do it instead get internet store is I can go back to them if we have problems. They also sell cell phone case, refurbished TV, computer screen and more. It is good price. They have average service. Sometimes you need to call to check if the part is arrived to fix your gadgets.
