I stopped by the Dunedin location around 11 on a weekday & dropped off both devices. Rick gave me a quote & said both would be ready in about an hour. It's important to mention that Rick uses Apple glass, so while the repair might be more than other places, both of mine are like new and no problems a month later. If you want your Apple device back up to factory spec, I recommend iDoctor. Rick is the real deal.

This location is usually fully staffed with a knowledgeable workforce that is ready to assist as soon as you walk in the door. Even if all of their associates are busy, someone will at least greet you and let you know that it won't be long. My last visit was excellent. We walked in wanting to inquire about their BOGO iPhone special. We were greeted right away, given the details, and bought what we came for - no one forced any ridiculous upsells on us, or made us sign up for a new plan. Simple. Even as I was distracted with all the accessories and goodies around me to purchase (I'm a shopaholic) I didn't throw my representative for a loop. I would ask a question about something, she would answer, and the transaction just kept rolling. I appreciate that she put the new screen protector on for us, she made it look so easy. I also appreciate how every time I've visited this location I left feeling like a valued customer.
