Just friendly faces and a willingness to help. Very helpful employees that let you know how to save money on your bill. They were very knowledgeable, they had answers to all of my questions. The manager helped me on a number of separate visits. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere was very laid back and I was not pressured at all to buy anything. There is always an extra effort to make sure that I chose the correct phone, plan, and add-ons that best fit my needs. Overall I would give this place 4 stars. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because the store is usually pretty busy so you often have to wait for the next available employee to help you. But the only way to fix this is to hire more staff, which may be too cost prohibitive to the company so I don't really hold it against them.

Sales is about being a customer resource, not only getting a commission off of the customer. If you aren't willing to help people out, you should seriously reconsider a job in customer service.
