When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Since we check in with yelp, there is a $5 coupon. We also have the factory unlock so we can switch the carrier. It only takes them 24 hour to switch for $49 dollars. We have tested at the store to make sure it has reception. I like local store to do it instead get internet store is I can go back to them if we have problems. They also sell cell phone case, refurbished TV, computer screen and more. It is good price. They have average service. Sometimes you need to call to check if the part is arrived to fix your gadgets.
