Friendly and helpful, even offered up a guy to root my android and updated my SIM card. However, I do wish TMobile itself was a better service... read more

Worse customer service, ever, thank God I switched to At&t!!! Over all T-Mobile suck but when it comes to customer service of this store, its something else that can put it in words. First they honored a promotion to us and gave 2 phones ( but one get one free) 3 months later they realized they made a mistake and the main customer called me to either upgrade my plan which I told them its not an option the. They said I can take both phones back and a get a full refund. Guess what the manager of that store refused because she said the day I purchased the phones she wasn't in the store it was her day off. So fucking what!!?? As a manager she failed her job duty and title and she didn't even care to give a better option or offer me something to stay w T-Mobile. Guess what after a week of thinking I pulled my business from T-Mobile and took it some where else that they care about customer and customer service. After 3 years and having 10 lines w Mobile, I was super disappointed w the lack of knowledge they had on their own promotions and how they handled their own mistake. All they could do was not own up to their mistakes and she literally said doesn't care if we stay w T-Mobile or not I do not recommend this store at all they have no fucking clue of promotions and plans. read more

these are sales - commission driven zombies-- i walked in being a family client for over 4 years with a family plan -- and told a dark haired barely awake female and said i need anew phone and i dont know much because i am old-- she looked at and pointed to phones- i went there - she disappeared- then a few minutes of looking i see her again and signal she says she is busy - i was looking at the cheap phone- then i saw 2 different men and sked them - well when you transfer data you only age about 30% had to do i do it - i asked about base phone that was better than mine - told me price but was interested - tut store had 2 people when i went upon opening adn now there were 8 -- they ignored me - i left and wen to northridge store near best buy and old sears- and lazyboy -- a female greeted me and asked my name for wait list - after a few minutes i was waited on - and i found a phone with a young latina - she said the account was not in my name i gave her my family member on the plan and she had to call him- and left a message- he called back in 10 minutes-meanwhile she waited on somebody else instead of getting the phone ready etc- i was there 2.5 hours of a 30 minutes job - she "transferred my data in 10 minutes and said there 27 pics- i had 500- 600 on there - sorry that it - good bye - beat it --- terrible attitudes at both stores and care less attitude unless you want luxury phone and where i volunteer i told a young lady t-mobile could not transfer my pics- she did it in 10 minutes- these are sales people - greedy- not accustomed to service just sales first - me first not you -that is my impression read more

Let me tell you what's up with this place! First off, the store is under new management. And what a relief (Old manager was a dick, glad he got fired)! The new managers are amazing!! Especially Ivan. Ivan will take care of you. Anything you need, he's the go-to man! Second off...is that a thing? It's cool to say "first off"' but you never hear anybody say "second off". Weird. Well, you heard it here first. Second off. I'm coining the term. Feel free to use it. Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, second off, the team is great. Very helpful, very conscientious of the customers needs and time, very thorough and professional. Very impressive. I've spent a lot of time in the store, and I've never been disappointed. Way better than the other stores in town, the other stores in the same industry, they start with the letter V and A and S... I'm not saying who they are, because that would be rude, but I am saying these guys are better. Third off...also a newly coined term...almost everybody speaks Spanish in the store now, which is a blessing, as English is not my strong suit. Fourth off...you're getting the picture...it's right next door to a yogurt shop. Sweet. Literally. You can grab a yogurt and then go get a new phone. Preferably with a Lifeproof case, to keep yogurt damage at bay. Fifth off...yup...Sandwich Spot is right up the way. Grab a sandwich after your yogurt phone. Sixth off... ...America. That's why. Do it. Do yourself a favor and go here. Especially if you have small children. They're very child friendly. They love it when you bring in kids and let them loose. It's fun for everybody. read more

Phenomenal customer service from Bryon! I've been with T-Mobile for 15+ years and despite that, the level of customer service varies from store to store. Today's visit was flawless & Byron was awesome! read more

Always a long line and wait especially on the weekends... However, the staff is super friendly and kind. I have been with T-Mobile for years and like the new jump plan and customer service. read more

I am extremely grateful to T-Mobile for always being so helpful when I come in with any issue I am technology-challenged and you and your team never hesitate to help me or make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing even though I don't I want to give a shout out to Jazmine when I came in today I was so frustrated she politely walked me through my issue printed out my letter from my email told me how to handle it and was so polite and cheerful I felt a hundred times better than I did when I walked in when the process was through and also Jenny when I called back to let them know that I did it on my own she was very polite over the phone very courteous and very professional I love you guys I can't even tell you how much easier you made my life since I first walked through the doors in 2012. I have not even thought about going to another server ever. I'm with you for life!! Thank you for all you do keep doing it if anybody wants to change carriers you should really consider T-Mobile. I have never had an issue at all in a negative stance. That's it have a great weekend read more

customer service was horrible. The employee never greeted us and was only doing his job whenever manager showed up. My mom and I waited for 20 minutes while two employees were interacting amongst each other. Manager was on his phone and didn't help us. Have had better experience at Metro PCS. read more

Worst store ever! I have been a customer of T-Mobile since they first opened! The employees all act if they are class A's and you are their slave. I came in for a simple problem and they disregarded everything and told me they could not help me at all and sent me to the Apple Store. Once at the Apple Store the employees looked at me like I am an idiot. I decided to go to the t mobile on Madera and got exceptional service! If you are in Simi Valley go to Madera store. Cochran treats their customers horribly! They need an attitude adjustment!! read more

So I walked into T-mobile to see what plans they had to offer coming from AT&T, I was greeted and helped out by Jeancarlo. I decided to Port over all 4 lines from AT&T, he gave me the whole rundown on my options T-Mobile had to offer he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about unlike the reps at AT&T. Switching over from android back to iPhone Jeancarlo made sure and had the patience my data was transferred properly. Have any questions porting, new plans etc. make sure to ask for Jeancarlo! read more

I wish I could give a minus 5 stars. My mom died unexpectedly, I went into T-mobile 3 times each time they took a copy of her death certificate and my power of attorney. I have spent hours in that store and I have spent hours talking to people from the Philipines it appears no one can help.My moms phone was a Samsung 7 and still being paid for I wanted it reset, they said it could not be done because of the pattern lock. After 2 months they finally reset the phone after telling me they couldn't do it ( I did it over the phone ). My mom paid $2424.00 a year for 4 phones..$202.00 a month. I changed plans because now it was for 3 phones, I was told it would be $ 178.00 a month. I am getting billed $ 210.00 and again...NO help. I ask to speak to a manager and they can't help. When I call the 611 number there is definitely a language barrier and it's frustrating. read more

This review pertains only to my Simi Valley in store experience, not the T-Mobile service in general. Two visits in two days. Dealt with AL both days. First day I needed a loaner phone while I sent my S3 in for an out of warranty repair of the power switch. He hooked me up quickly, though the loaner phones are basic flip phones. No wifi calling on this T139, which pretty much leaves me without service in my house. Day two I stopped in and asked AL if he could get me onto one of the new plans even though I had 5 months left on contract. Guess I was eligible so he switched my plan, retro to my last billing cycle, which started a few days back. Very nice. Saved $$ on my monthly. I got lucky as both visits happened when it was empty inside the store. AL was 5 stars! Loaner phones are junk so 1 star for those and the service at home without wifi calling. Best have a decent backup phone of your own if you are on T-Mobile. Should you ever need a repair and aren't in warranty, you either buy a new phone or suffer with a crappy loaner, with a $50 refundable deposit, until you get your phone repaired. Probably the same story with any carrier when it comes to loaners. I like T-Mobile, just tuff without wifi calling in many areas. Getting better but still a ways off. read more

This T-mobile location has been consistent in providing very poor customer service. When we signed up for family plan, there was so much of goof up that we had to be on the phone several times with frustrating interactions to get things sorted out. The experience with Customer Service(!) staff at this location today was snappy and discourteous. This girl(did not note down her name) who is probably as old as my children was so snappy and blunt that I did mention to her that with this attitude she will not go too far. I would just not recommend this location to any one. read more

I had to go to the store on Tuesday to help my son replace his phone. Both Al and the manager "T" were very helpful. They not only helped me but looked at my bill and were able to save me some money. Great store! read more

Worst wait times ever! If you come here I would expect to wait for more than an hour to be helped. I actually was sold on a hotspot device before waiting in line. Then decided to wait and after an hour was told that they haven't had any in stock for a week. Wish I could give them a 0! read more

I used to have ATT q few years back and had no issues but switched because the rest of the company was on T Mobile. My IPhone was acting up and I was told nothing was wrong with it from another T Mobile location so I went here. They acknowledge my phone was bad and said its not their phone and there was nothing wrong with their service. I told them I was there for a new phone and they said $400 or $200 to fix mine. I asked what about extending the contract and getting a new phone for less and he said "we don't do that anymore" He smiled the entire time. I told him that I did not want to spend $400 on a new phone and he continued to smile and told me there was nothing he could do. I guess he doesn't realize that with no phone my service will also end. read more

I don't even have T-Mobile. I have Verizon. But I know they suck because they are near Tutti Frutti, which sucks so bad. Like, you look up the word awful and there they are a reference. Don't go there. But yeah, TMobile sucks by association. read more

Honestly, very displeased with their service. I was there to pre order the iphone 6 the very first day and their system was down, which is completely understandable but after i was told there wasn't anything the team could do for me and a couple other customers, the t-mobile team asked us to provide our contact info and as soon as the system allowed them to place orders we would be contacted with first priority to receive the device previously mentioned. Surprisingly, that call was never received, i waited a couple days trusting the T-mobile team would take care of my request and no attempt was ever made. A few days later i decided to give the site a try and ended up ordering the phone myself, which i don't have a problem with, that was my intention to begin with but if the team gave their word to reach their customers to resolve this issue i would think they'd intend to keep their word. Now my device is back ordered for up to six weeks and there's, as i was told by costumer service, NOTHING they can do about it. I understand the high volume of interest in this device but if your business team is going to make promises they cant deliver, maybe its time to train your team a little better on business competency. I've been a great fan of T-mobile for the past 9 years because they stand against all other companies to provide a decent service for an affordable price but when it comes to customer service, this store simply has no credibility. read more

My family member and I just switched T-Mobile Simple choice plan. First, I called T-mobile 1-877-413-5903 number and I tried to ask a few questions about carrying over 2 of my children's T-Mobile's pre-paid phone money over to the plan. The customer service person told me no problems just go to T-mobile store and they can take care the problems there. But I found out it wasn't what they told me. I couldn't carry over the pre-paid money and I was going to loose $180.00. The customer service person should have told me to use up the pre paid money first and then sign up. I was so disappointed. I didn't know what to do.. Then the store manager, Ivan Harnandez, helped me. He took his time and great effort to fix this problems for hours. I felt he was very sincere and truly care about his customer. He went above and beyond. He fixed this problems with T-Mobile customer service Dept. Thank you, Ivan. I'm glad I went to T-Mobile Simi Valley, store # 8913. I recommend to anyone to go to Simi Valley T-Mobile store to get Phone service because they really care about you. read more
