Iv tried to be a Verizon customer twice now and each time it doesn't work out, the customer service is below anything I have ever encountered. The lack of care from the employees who dead eyed stare at you and say "no" is incredible. The team at this store needs coaching, even the most simple request results in being handed a sheet of paper with a phone number and told "you have to call them." Super regret this transaction and will be going to a new carrier when I can. Each of the employees Iv dealt with have been truly some of the worst customer service Iv ever had. read more

Today I arrived at 1:37pm at the time there was 4 employees serving 4 customers at their counter. An elderly couple waiting, as well as a older woman by herself waiting. I sat down waiting for a guy to come to me 20 minutes later, to as they say check me in. After telling him I was there to transfer my number and service from T-Mobile to Verizon I was made to feel the wait would be long. I asked the gentleman how long and he said 30 minutes and I agreed to wait. At 2:17pm a woman came in and took a seat where once were 2 Verizon workers were once sitting. In over a 1 hour time 1 customer who was being served upon my arrival had been sitting over 30 minutes unattended and looked frustrated. At 2:47 the woman who had sat waiting asked now 2 of the only employees still on the floor what was going on. He said the managers were in the back in a meeting and shed have to wait. When she responded its been almost 2 hours, she was told she wasnt the only person waiting. She left very upset and with no care from the employees. Soon after a employee came from the back and the husband of the elderly couple approached and asked what was going on he had been waiting almost 2 hours. This man was given a similar response: you are not the only one waiting. At this time I stood up and asked can we get a manager out here? His response was "for what" I replied saying we all been out here for over 2 hours we need to speak to someone. He responded "well you have t wait." I then said I been waiting and would like to speak to the manager. He told me to sit down and wait or leave. In a very disrespectful manner. When I told him I didnt care to argue with him and wanted a manager he in a aggressive manner asked me who I was to question him this way, and ive lost my place to leave. I left Verizon 8 years ago because of this store. Now I was reminded why. They have no regard to customers. This employee who so everyone knows was a younger african american, with a very bad attitude and aggressive arrogance to him, went on to tell me I was just mad he made more money than me and to leave. I went to my vehicle and called Verizon and made my complaint as well as got served by a very helpful gentleman. I will never step foot in this store ever again. Id rather drive. I am very disappointed in this business. I hate to write this review, but i have felt compelled to. I've been coming here for years with my business, even when i moved out of Simi Valley, i drove out of my way to come here. I've been under my moms plan for about 5-6 years, meaning that's how long I've given them my business. In those years, I've paid my phone bill on time and I've cracked / damaged / broken iPhones plenty of times. I thought my business would be appreciated. I have been noticing each and every time i go, I'm either told something different than what is originally promised or I'm over charged. This time around, i had gotten my phone wet and i was hoping they could at least open up my phone and diagnose the issue and see my cheapest option. They wouldn't even open up the phone, young and Eric i think is his name ? Eric just went "it's probably the digitizer" so i said can y'all just open the phone see what's wrong and fix the issue ? young a little after said "yea we can fix one part but if it breaks after what good does it do?" How can they say that but still not even open up the phone? I wanted a diagnosis and my cheapest options. They just ASSUMED. They instead said we can go through insurance which will be 250$. 250$$??? My cheapest option? I walked out and cried. They wouldn't even open my phone up. i knew damn well that wasn't my cheapest option. I drove 60 miles out my way because i an a loyal person, but i will not keep coming back here. My phone plan bill is also pretty ridiculous. I'm going to switch to spectrum mobile. I ended up driving back to my apartment in encino and 10 minutes down the road, i found Mobile Shark phone repair. He opened up my phone and diagnosed the issue, he saw slight water damage but one small part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part, reset my phone, and it turned back on like brand new. And no it wasn't the digitizer or whatever... don't know what part it was honestly. He gave me a new phone case and screen protector for 150$$$!!! I thanked him up and down. As for vision wireless, I will only be coming back here probably to give back my iphone to start a new plan. I am really disappointed in here. Please, if you see this review Eric or young, do not call me cuz i know y'all have my number. I am just really tired of being told "that's all i can do" when it's just not, and there are always more options, it's just up to ppl if they want to even try to look at the issue or not. I cannot express how great these people are at this Verizon wireless he took, owner young, A problem I thought I was going to have to consume to the tune of $1000 to getting me all my credits back and getting me into a new phone that will sync up to my car. I wasn't told by the kiosk at Costco that the Samsung note 9 would not sync with the Range Rover. And they did not want to do anything about it. I came here to get my first smartphone, and I was helped by Joe. He was patient and helpful, and tried his best to answer my many questions. It seems that they only have one or two people working at once, which means wait times can be long, but it is less hectic and more personal help than at the Verizon store. Vision Wireless is a certified Verizon dealer, and they are a fine alternative to going to the actual Verizon store. They sell phone cases and protective screens, as well as accessories, but you would likely find cheaper online. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't remember the guys name who "helped" me but he was rather rude. I went in asking for a QUOTE and he was insisting on knowing the number and last four of the social for the main person on the account, I told him it was under my fathers name and he just had a terrible attitude explaining that he couldn't tell me how cheap he could get our bill if he didn't know how much data we used. I explained to him how many gigs we used and that I knew our current plan, he then slammed a paper down in front of me with information on the plans that Verizon offered. We have been customers of Young's for 10 years or so. When in Europe we asked him to switch our Int'l Travel Plan to Daily from Monthly to reduce charges. Had to call him twice from Europe to get this done. We needed a SIM card for our Verizon phone and he wanted to charge us $20 - we called Verizon and found out this is FREE at any Verizon Store. Needed help transferring info from Iphone 5c to 6s - he wanted to charge $30 for this service. We called Apple and they walked us through the process for FREE. We saved $50! read more

I went in today and was helped by Young Mai. He was AWESOME! I needed a phone to sent my brother asap serving in Iraq. Instead of selling me a new phone he took the time to check/test and see if he could fix what I had brought in and was able to take the broken phone and fix it and refurbish it in no time, right in front of me! (And I was quoted at an unnamed" fix it" place $175 and wouldn't get it for a few days). I can't tell you how many times Young and Joe have helped not only me but my entire family! I have gone in there with some simple questions and then some more difficult problems which ended up with my having to purchase a new phone. But the purchase of the new phone just didn't happen after looking at it for a few minutes they both worked on it a couple of days and tried different possible solutions before pronouncing it dead. They also tried to save my phone info, regretfully, to no avail. But even though they had to pronounce my phone dead, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I had paid my Verizon bill on time, and it was never posted to my account. Verizon did this in Dec of last year, and again January of this. Because of Verizon's inept practice of not posting payments , it cost me $30 to cancel my check at the bank today. I had to pay this bill quickly but did not want to go to the Town Center Verizon because of the ridiculous long wait that I have experienced continually. I am so grateful to have found Vision Wireless. Made my payment which was reflected on my account immediately. On top of this, Vision had a look at my account and saved me $10 a month on my bill. Hey would Verizon do that for me, don't think so, why would they when they can charge late fees at $5 a pop to people who pay on time, yet they choose not to post. I know this is a chronic problem with Verizon, my sister has them too, and even with direct pay, they tell her that her payment was not made on time.. Bottom line, I am now a fan of Vision Wireless, great customer service. Save yourself a ton of frustration and switch your business there too, believe me you won't be disappointed. read more
