Ooohhh I loved the remodel! Plus they had a restroom for customers! Anywho- went in tonight Jesus approached me within 10 minutes. He was so patient with me. Technology is not my thing. I went in due to my phone not charging. I had to do a change of responsibility in my account. It was a 2 hour process he stayed after hours and never made a complaint. I appreciate you helping me out and listening to what I needed and not what you needed to sell me! read more

Trying to deal with an issue with my account I tried to use the app and it would not complete the task I needed. I called customer service who said I needed to go to the store. The store told me to use the app. And the app did the exact same thing as it did before. Do you see where I am going with this? They tried to assist me. I had to wait about 15 mins to get help. They did everything they could but did not resolve the issue. I will speak to someone in customer service tomorrow. They will probably tell me to go to the store....Oh well. Follow up/: It appears that the issue was fixed. Jesus was excellent at resolving this. Customer service never returned my call however after calling in they told me it was taken care of. read more

T-Mobile Experience Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Simi Valley, California

Terrible customer service. Got 3 new phones by switching to them from Verizon. They messed up the phone lines and the calls/messages are being rerouted to different phones. Went in today (6/25/26) at 6 pm and the man was extremely rude because we didn't have the pin. He took the ID to verify identity, and came out with a sticky note wrapped around the ID and said "Does this jog your memory?" Management needs to do a refresh of their staff immediately. Just terrible. read more

Sales people should know what's going on. I purchased a watch and after I paid, the band did not fit. Guy didn't know what to say other than oh well! I learned later that watches come in S/M and M/L band sizes! Hello... the professional did not have a clue! Giving him a 0 on my survey read more

Horrible service and far too much attitude. You are better off anywhere else. The employee at the reception desk was unwilling to do anything and just kept pawning it off that we had to call in instead and kept snapping her fingers at us. read more

The employees here look like they don't want to be there. It seemed like we ruined their day just by walking in. If you don't like your job get a new one. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. read more

Huge thanks to Crystal P., Senior Mobile Expertat the T-Mobile Simi Valley store! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Crystal caught a mistake from a previous upgrade at another location and also quickly realized that what I thought was a screen crack on my iPhone 16 Pro Max was actually just my screen protector. Her sharp attention to detail saved me a lot of stress. Truly outstanding service--highly recommend asking for Crystal! read more

The associate was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

So grateful for the fact that I came in and had such a great experience. Came in looking for a new phone and was slightly torn between two options. After being checked in I waited less than ten minutes to be helped. Alondra assisted me in not only choosing a new phone but also some accessories, and setting up the transfer from my old phone to my new one. She was very patient and informative. If you've ever had to sit at a mobile phone store during an activation or upgrade you know it can be tedious and drawn out but luckily with Alondra it was over in no time and I'm very happy with my new device. Thank you! read more

Very terrible experience. Poor customer service and though they have a lot of staff their response time was very slow. Just to return an item took almost 2hrs! It's not like it was busy or anything but just staff working like they don't care about your time at all. Oh also, the staff weren't friendly at all. read more

I went in today and there was no wait! I was greeted with a smile! Ivan was very professional and solved my problem. I guess I didn't know I needed to change my password! He helped me by giving me some hints on how slightly I can change it by ... I can't tell that part. But I'm writing in because I believe Ivan helped me with encouragement as well as novelty and now I have no problem! Go to him! He knows what to do! read more

terrible. we joined t mobile in September with a promo where we got 4 Iphones for free. in January, T mobile started charging us for 2 of the phones. I went into the Simi store (Cochran st) and spoke to Klarissa who assured me that I should be getting the deal on all the phones and that she would escalate it but it would take a few weeks. I waited a month, got 2 more incorrect bills and then went back to the store. klarissa told me she would get back that same day and never did. I waited 4 days, went back in and was told by another manager that Klarissa was off for several more days. I asked for the name of Klarissa's supervisor and the woman refused. She was very unhelpful and was more interested in handing out freebies to incoming customers. T-Mobile owes us approx $250 and I can't seem to get anyone to help me. read more

My wife & I go out of our way to come to this location because they offer the best customer service I've ever experienced at a mobile carrier store. For example, the last time my wife & I came to upgrade our phones, instead of unknowingly spending a couple extra hundred dollars, the employee explained that if we waited a week & then ordered new phone via the website, we would save that money on top of a $30 fee the tack on for when you get your phone updated/set up in store. Im shocked that he was thinking more about us & essentially turning away business. I can't think of a more perfect example of why, if you're on T-Mobile, this shouldn't be your go to store. And, if you're not on T-Mobile, why you shouldn't switch over to a new carrier. read more

This is the place to get your service, phones, 411... all that jazz. These people know what's good. You're welcome.

I wouldn't bother getting T-mobile in Simi Valley, the reception is really bad compared to other area. There are certain parts of Simi Valley that my phone can't access data, so most apps won't work properly. All my friends have switched to other providers due to this issue and I will be following soon. read more

I had previously been a very happy customer of the V brand but once my phone was paid off I thought my rate was too high and T-Mobile offered a much lower rate so I decided to switch. I stopped by this Tmobile location in the morning to pick up the free umbrella from the Tmobile Tuesday. I never been to this location before but it's the closest one to my work office so it was my only option. This Tmobile store is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, there were like 3 people ahead of me. I been to other Tmobile store and when it comes to getting free item at the store, you just show them your phone with the timer and they give you the item. At this store, there was just 1 employee taking each customer phone number and looking them up on the computer to sell them any promo so that of course slow down the process for the rest of us waiting. I waited about 10 minutes and they were trying to sell me on their internet promo but I wasn't interested because I have the best deal with Spectrum. The staff are friendly but just the way they operated this morning on the tmobile Tuesday umbrella made the process slow and experience not great. read more

Called to set up a payment arrangement and explained my current financial situation and that I didn't have any funds in my account till my pay date. I was asked for my account information when setting up the payment arrangement and was assured that I would not be charged until the 11th which was pay day, and then I check my account the following day and noticed I was debited before the payment arrangement. Now I'm dealing with a negative account, and overdraft charges. Worst Cell phone provider out there. I was deliberately lied to. I'll def be making a switch. Do not recommend, their service is honestly mid. Verizon and Spectrum are the way to go. read more

I never thought I'd write a great review about a cell phone store experience. We have all had the visits where you'd much rather be at the DMV. This was not like that at all. I had an issue with my phone (my own fault) and needed to get a spare phone up and running quickly so I could get back to work. Jay at T-Mobile Simi Valley saved the day. Jay, greeted me when I came in (So I didn't feel ignored, it was busy), the customer before me had to get something out of his car, so Jay took a second to ask why I was there and already started to qualify exactly what the problem was. Once he took care of the previous customer (including making a video for him so I knows how to fix the problem at home, which needed access to a pc) he solved my phone problem with confidence and knowledge. I didn't once think he was just guessing (I've encountered a ton of that in cell phone stores). I was back on the road in no time. If I was an HR manager of a company, I would have tried to offer Jay a job. He's the type of guy that would be good at any job he was offered. T-mobile better hold on to this guy, someone will snatch him up. He's that good. read more

I want to first of all say that my experience today at the Simi Valley, Sycamore Village Location was unexpectedly wonderful. (How often can you say that when dealing the a phone company?) The manager on duty, Carrie, was an angel. Although I came at the noon hour and the place was packed, she made sure I received the help I needed. Although she knew I was there to stop my internet service, she personally attended to me after apologizing to me for the wait. What I could not do after two hours calling T-Mobile Support directly, she accomplished in just 10 minutes. The staff was attentive, patience, and extremely helpful. Thank you so much. You have my highest recommendations. read more

We had a great experience at the Simi Valley store last month. Rudy were great. She greeted me in a timely manner and with great customer service Couldn't ask for better service so patient and explained every question we had. She transferred all our data and got us out of there in about two hours. Very happy with our experience at this store! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!I've never received such above and beyond customer service from Employee Rudy for being soo knowledgeable with T Mobile Services! Nothing real spectacular, just another T-mobile.I do have to say that I agree with some of the other comments made bye other yelpers in regard as for as acknowledging your guests.I stood in a make shift line and no direction from any of the too employees that where present.Staffing the stores are always an issues with many retailers. A nice gesture on their part is they are offering the Toys for Tots,That the Marine's started many years ago. T-Mobile should offer some type of deal for there customers. If you bring a unwrapped toy in and pay your bill in the store will give you a $ 5.00 credit off your bill,or something to help the kids who would not have a toys for Christmas. Some type of incentives. read more

Sadly I have to travel farther if I ever need to go to a physical location for T-Mobile than the one down my street. My mother needed a new phone due to hers being destroyed. She walked in with my father and they told her she would have to order her new phone and that it would be delivered the following week on Wednesday. She was excited because the urgency of the phone was on her mind. I arrived a little later while they were checking out and they put my number for the tracking info considering her old phone was obsolete. As we were heading out I got a notification at the front door that the confirmation has gone through and she would get a phone in a month. We thought this was a mistake considering we had clarified it would be there the following week. We turned around and my mother asked her if she could get the guy who was helping her in order to ask why it said in a month. The woman responded with "I don't speak Spanish." My mom does have an accent but her English is understandable and regardless if she didn't her that isn't the best response. My mom was embarrassed and asked me to ask the lady instead. Her response he left... now how? Considering there is one exit/entrance unless through the back. So then I asked her if she could help us after she was done with the gentleman she was helping. We waiting (there were three other employees who all said they couldn't help us) once she got to us I explained to her that the guy had told my mom the latest would be next week and the urgency of the phone considering we need to keep in contact with her due to her condition. Her response well she wanted that color so it's going to take a month. I asked well can we can whichever color that you guys have? She then said, "no you signed the contract so there is nothing else to do than wait" *well we asked when it would be coming in and the previous employee said another time frame* we just left. Sadly a month later when she went to pick up the phone they ignored her and due to the previous situation she waited till she could go with my cousin. I recently went and the same lady was there and when I asked a question I still caught her attitude. I understand maybe her work day was rough, maybe something caused her to be upset but regardless I will be traveling to a different one if ever in need to go to the store. Especially with the lack of respect I have received nearly 3 times. read more
