    I wanted to get a high quality car charger so I chose to come to this official AT&T store instead of choosing the alternate options of amazon etc because I trusted that AT&T would sell the best quality product. Within 1 year, the charger stopped working properly. I went back to this store telling them that I trusted that they would sell a high quality product and that I wanted either a refund or an exchange. They wouldn't do either because I didn't have my receipt. I told them that it is unrealistic to expect a person to hold onto a receipt for one year. The charger shows their AT&T logo and it's a new product overall so that should be enough evidence that I got it from them within the year window. I even told them that I could show them my credit card purchase history. They said that the credit card history doesn't explicitly show the item name. Just three comments: 1) It's ridiculous how these people are so obsessive over the technicality of the receipt that none of those evidences matter to them. 2) It's shocking that they don't care that a customer is saying that they trusted their product would be better than the alternate amazon ones and yet they don't care to see it fail within a year. 3) Overall, this store doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The worker I spoke to, I think her name was Linda, wouldn't even share this with the manager because according to her, only large scale matters should be shared with the manager. This store is so singularly focused on profit (i.e. the letter of the law) that they cannot see a simple case of facilitating customer satisfaction (i.e. the spirit of the law). I highly recommend to everyone to NOT purchase car chargers from them.

    Thought I had a great experience and lowered my bill. Although, mike the veteran rep took advantage of the contract and my bill was almost double what we had agreed upon. They made multiple excuses of why my bill was higher then quoted. Then lied and told me they do charge that amount, but only under certain circumstances. I will be cancelling my service. Don't go here.

    My phone took an obscene amount of time to fix with a red flag in the beginning I should have paid…read moremore attention to: 12/20 Phone screen cracked and half the screen is black so I emailed on Yelp for a quote. They are the cheapest so I decide to go here (I've since learned my lesson). Get there about 1 and the door is locked but hours say they're open. A neighbor heard me knock on the door and told me the guy was probably out to lunch (with no sign saying when they'll be back) but before I could leave, they called him and he said he's walking back over. I'm told the cost to fix my phone is $50 more than was told previously but I'm already there so I tell him fine. He orders the part and tells me it'll be in by Monday 12/23 I'm told the part is in so I go to get it fixed. When I arrive, the worker tells me that "they sent the wrong color" (black instead of purple) and asked if I still wanted it. The color doesn't really matter to me at that point, I just want to be able to see my screen, so I tell him fine and pick my phone up about an hour later with tape holding the screen in place so "the glue has time to set" which never happens 12/29 Go back because glue is not holding my phone together. They reglue it 12/30 Go back because glue is not holding my phone together. They reglue it and mention my battery might be swollen and if it doesn't work this time, I'll need a new battery (another $90). I ask why that wasn't mentioned when the phone was first "repaired" and was told they must have missed it 1/4 I go into iProtech and tell them something is wrong and they need to fix it. They tell me it's my battery for sure and my phone won't close until I replace it. I head to another phone repair place and ask if they can give me a second opinion on my phone. My phone is opened up, I'm shown my battery is not swollen, screws are missing, what they ordered to repair my phone was not a Samsung product (Samsung doesn't have matte black products), things are sticking out that shouldn't be (such as the S-pen), AND told they aren't supposed to use glue (3M tape is to be used). I go back to iProtech and tell them I want my money back or they need to order the right parts for my phone and fix it correctly (he did admit they use 3rd party products). I'm told it will be ordered and ready Tuesday. 1/14 I'm called saying the parts are in and I ask what happened to last Tuesday. I'm told they called. I called him out as I don't have any missed calls or voicemails. I go in, confirm that they have the correct case/screen that's from Samsung, and leave my phone for an hour. Upon returning I'm told it WAS my battery but they replaced it for free. Suuuuuure. 1/20 Phone is finally looking and sticking together appropriately. The only reason they get 2 stars is they finally fixed it.

    Went there yesterday with my elderly mother to close her account for TV that was under my deceased…read morefather's name and to open a new account under her name. She chose the channels she wants and he assured her that a technician would come by today to hook up her receivers. The tech showed up today (late) and told her that he was there to hook up her TV and her Internet. She was confused because not once did she say she wanted Internet and she certainly never authorized that. They never gave her a printout of what she was signing up for and come to think of it, she never signed anything at all. So how they get away with doing things like this is beyond me. The guys who work here are only interested in selling stuff to you, probably for a commission. They lost a customer because who would want to stay with a company who does these kinds of things? I'd give them zero stars if I could.

    Spectrum is just a terrible company that really doesn't care at all about their existing customer…read morebase. My cable bill was so ridiculously high that after decades of customer service abuse I had to switch to U-Tube TV (one of my best decisions ever), but I stuck with Spectrum for what they called their special rate, on my internet. In the last 14 months my bill has increased by nearly 50%. Their customer service department says they stopped two promotions for existing customers and only offer aggressive discount promotions to brand new customers. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. With Spectrum 30 plus years of loyalty is not worth a thing.
