I am not one to leave reviews very often but that's how bad it was…read more First off, the one girl working in there has no form of customer service whatsoever and on top of that she had no idea what she was doing. We were trying to buy a new iPhone as ours stopped working. We were trying to set up a payment plan and the phone we were looking to get was $650. Well she continues to mumble to us that we are going to be paying $110 for 11 months. Doesn't add up to me so I asked her if she could explain what the extra $600 was we were going to be paying every month and she just sat there and said she didn't know. She took a picture of the screen and showed us and so we were asking what each item was and she kept saying "I don't know go somewhere else then." Then continued to take the sim card out of the phone and putting stuff up on the wall. There was no one else in there so it's not like we were holding up a line but she literally told us to just go somewhere else. Seriously? So we had to drive to another Metro and they actually explained to us what we would be paying for and our different options. Absolutely terrible and felt very disrespected by someone that had no right to act any type of way towards us because we were being patient and respectful the entire 2 hours we were in there. Go somewhere else.

We did look at a couple of phones and a very helpful employee came over (James, ask for him he's great). Not only did he help us get the phone that we wanted but he helped us with our bill and the additional extra (got a tablet and I feel like one of those happy families in a Verizon Christmas commercial). I think we were at the Verizon store for about 2 hours but he was patient the entire time and understood where we were stuck on. We are very happy with this store in particular. On another occasion, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S10+ earlier this year and someone went all the way down to Norman to go pick up the very last one. Honestly, these people go above and beyond every single time. 11/10

Now, I needed to verify my identity as an authorized user. The only way to verify identity was through call or text, which was going to be a problem since I didn't have a working SIM card. The girl helping me approached two other girls working there how we should figure this out since my SIM card wasnt working . They had no idea what to do. Seemed like we were sitting around waiting for lighting to strike. They even told me to try sending the verification code through again to see if it would work on the WiFi. No, it didn't! It was only after the final time I sent a verification code that the girl helping me had the BRIGHT idea to take my SIM card out and put back in. Well, now my phone works. Now I can get a verification code. But...it was too late and I'm locked out of verification attempts for the next 24 HOURS. SO I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. You'd think that could've been suggested earlier. Now I've completely wasted my time. I'm going to another location.

I asked to speak to her supervisor but she told me to verify my acct before she would. I said I'd be happy to verify my acct to whomever her supervisor was & when she allowed me to speak to them. She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I literally waited for 30 minutes while she said nothing. Then the call ended. Verizon is the largest cellular system and you can't provide better customer service? This is why your customers are leaving in droves. I was paying over $100 for their services. I am paying $20/mo. with Consumer Cellular. For the same service. Verizon is such a scam. I was only trying to find out why Verizon continued billing me -- even after I'd been on the phone with both Consumer cellular & Verizon (3-way call) to get a "porting pin" from Verizon so I could switch my phone number to consumer cellular. I couldn't understand what this Reuth's English. So I'm passing all this information onto the public. Your customer service sucks, Verizon!
