Ron is a tech God! Dropped my phone off yesterday as it wouldn't power on. Said I needed a new battery. They ordered it yesterday and it came in today. Went to pick up phone and they'd just started working on it. Took 10 minutes to install a battery and then Ron was kind enough to transfer all my data & pics over to my new phone. Went into this place, I was told 45 minutes to fix my phone. I waited an hour went back I was told the phone couldn't be fixed. No one called me to tell me that. Got my phone back took it to Battery Plus, they said they could fix it. However when they opened it the parts inside the phone was missing. Went to get the parts from Fix My Phone. Then I was okay missing the antenna cable. Went back I was giving a broken one that didn't match my phone. Battery plus was able to fix the phone screen with no trouble. About a year ago I took my iPhone 6s+ in for a charging port replacement. I also asked if they would look at my older Note 2 I was using for my business phone. Ever since I've had to talk on speaker on my iPhone, and they lost my Note 2. I called a few times and they became rude and never called me back. I forgave them and let it go. Then suddenly all of my data got used by that SIM in the Note 2 THIS MONTH! I had to have my business line cancelled and they ended up ripping me off after all. They found it, apparently, took out the SIM and put it into an Alcatel (Walmart) phone, then someone watched hours of video. I am still replacing the phone number on my websites, and with search engines, Yelp, the entire mess. And I thought forgiving and letting it go wouldn't burn me, and I just let the pictures and all go. Never again. And I'll never trust these people again. Had they not gotten so rude and ugly I might have stayed on it, but I let it go. It never occurred to me they could steal the SIM and put it into another phone. I took my phone in on 3/7/2019 to have the screen fixed. Because it'd was late in these day, I was told it would be ready the next day and it would only take about an hour to fix. Next day comes, "I'm still working on it, I promise!" I was then told a new screen had ro be ordered because the one that had been delivered was broken when it was opened. Now it is Monday, never once received a phone call or I would have never stopped by, especially for something that was supposed to only take an hour. Now I'm told the new screen came in but it is the wrong screen! OMG! NOW I'M ANGRY! Knowing that it's the wrong screen, why didn't I get a simple phone call! Very unhappy with my repair! I paid $155 to get my screen fixed. When I picked it up it had a line going all the way up and down on the screen. The repairman said it would go away or I could bring it back. It didn't. Like I had time for that!! Less than 2 weeks later I took it back and they refused to repair it. We have had a very bad experience as well with this place. I have a iPad 9.7 inch and the screen was cracked so I took it in to have it replaced. I dropped it off and I was told that they had broken the home button in the process of fixing the screen and that they would order a new home button and it would be in the next morning so I was okay with that and went into pick it up the next morning and it was working. I left the business and the home button was defective again... I called back up there and the owner acted like he didn't think it was his fault that it wasn't working when it had just been in his possession for the last 24 hours and I hadn't even taken it home yet. So I took it back in there to have it fixed.. yet again it is now defective and not working. I will be calling back up to the place today to ask for a refund or some kind of compensation as I am going to have to buy a new iPad. It is ridiculous that you pay someone $119 to fix an iPad screen and then later get told THEY broke the home button that was originally WORKING when you brought in for repair. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ZERO STARS I would! Last week, I took in my IPhone 7+ in for a screen repair, which they installed improperly thus f-ing up the voice dictation. I returned to the store the following day, patiently explaining the now problem as this is a feature I use often. The rude clerk told me that there was dirt in my speaker and that was why it wasn't working. Funny since it was working perfectly, despite the cracked screen, before they "fixed" it. Rather than writing this review immediately I made an appointment at Apple to verify that 'Fix My Phone' had in-fact broken my phone. The screen they replaced was placed incorrectly, covering the voice sensor. As a result the voice dictation is not working because of Fix My Phone's shoddy repair and not dirt in my speaker. After having a cracked screen I went to Fix my phone. After walking in I told him I needed the the screen fixed his reply was let me see if we have a screen to fit it we might have to order it? ( I thought to myself it's a screen repair shop and it's an iPhone 5s one of the most common phones why would you not have a screen in stock?) after he comes back he says looks like we have one left it will be about 30 minutes I said ok great! While waiting I hear constant talk of the employees of how fuc**d up they all were at the bar that night and how they want to go home. ( But they are trying to fix my phone with a hangover) After 30 min he comes back and gives me the phone I pay and leave, on the way home I notice it's acting weird and the home button appears to be stuck down, won't let me text or anything, so I turn around and head back to the store I tell him when I walk in the functions are not working right and show him. (skinny kid with blonde hair) He proceeds to argue with me telling me that if he loosens the button more it could pop off, I said we'll it's not working as it is and worked before I gave it to you, not sure why you can't make it a factory repair. So he takes it back and spends 15 min on it and then another guy brings it out and says ok it's ready to go i check it and seems to be working good now, I said what did he do different he says honestly I don't know? So I leave then after driving home I look closer and notice he didn't put the dust screen over the speaker before putting the screen on so the speaker hole is exposed now. Possibly the worst service I've ever had. I shattered my phone in the parking lot two doors down from them so ran it in real quick. I have a 5s and as we all know, the fingerprint recognition is the main difference. They broke that section of the phone in the process and tried to act like it shouldn't make a difference to the quality. They broke 3 more screens in the process of replacing the home button, then said they just needed to put a white front screen on my black phone. This happened a few months ago, my phone is still black on the back and white on the front... also the fingerprint function has never worked since. They charged full price and were extremely rude during the process. They even got mad at my precious dad when he asked them if they would fix it eventually since we were needing to get to my wedding rehearsal and had spent 3 hours waiting for them. My advice, never ever take your phone here. You'll pay over $100 to walk out of the store with a more broken phone then when you got there. read more

Just terrible! The guys were rude and incompetent. When returning the phone for the third time since it was not working properly, one guy took a bunch of parts off my phone, MY parts, wrapped the iphone in bubble wrap and threw me out the door. He took off the screen, the panel and a couple of other parts -- AFTER he had been paid for shoddy work. He was busy telling me that I couldn't understand how "highly trained" professionals worked. If they worked more, and better, they might be capable. I had to spend $130 and 4 hours to correct their mistakes. Calls to the owner have gone unanswered. The guy at the store was not worried about getting sued because "they had a lot attorneys available". The owner has previous businesses which have been named scams. I had a pretty poor experience all around. I dropped my iPhone 8 off on Wednesday at around 12:30 PM. It lost a battle to a sprinkler system. My boyfriend received a call that afternoon (because I didn't have a phone) and the gentleman said that my phone would be repairable and that it would be ready by Thursday. At around 3:15 PM Thursday, I gave them a call to confirm that my phone would be ready to pick up. At this point he retracted his statement and said he was unsure if it would be repairable at all. I told him that I really expected to have a phone by the weekend. He said that he would call me by noon Friday with a definitive answer. Noon came around today (Friday) and I still hadn't heard from him. I gave him a call and he stated that he wouldn't be able to have it fixed by the time I needed it back. I asked if it was repairable and he said if I could give him until 5, he may be able to have it fixed. I came in at 5:30 PM and told him I was there to pick up my phone. He said, "Oh, give me a minute. I need to take all of our parts out of it." He apologized and I could tell he was truly sorry, but at the end of the day it isn't about the fact that my phone still isn't repaired, it is purely the lack of communication and the inconsistencies in the story I was given. The quality of their work is terrible!!! I had my phone screen replaced and it lasted about a week before it got a hair like crack in it. Buyer Beware!!!!! We gave them One Star because we could not give Zero Stars. We had our IPHONE 6 repaired by Fix My Phone . The workmanship was unacceptable and shotty at best. The material that was use was substandard. The frame was bent when we picked up the phone even thou we had the frame replaced. The screen cracked due to the poor workmanship practices. I went back to have them repair the phone and the Manager told me "Tuff Luck and we will would not honor the warranty."
