I just wanted to mention the great service I received upon walking in to Twister Wireless. I was greeted quickly and they spoke with me briefly about my needs. Then a technician joined us and we all agreed that a new battery would be required. They filled out some paperwork quickly and swapped my SIM card out into an old phone I had brought along so that I would have service for however long it would take. As I hung around the store I noticed a colorful assortment of people from various socio-economic positions in our city. Everyone coming in was treated with respect and courtesy. It was actually like being in B C Clark's but without the pretentious judgement. I work in a high end sales position and am quite aware that these people are professionals in their field. 20 minutes later I was handed over my repaired phone. Battery now lasts at least twice as long and I no longer suffer from "charge anxiety" like the Tesla owners experience. I also want to mention that this is an iPhone 6s just repaired. Even though my phone is over three years old, I asked the guys if they thought I should get a new one and although they were happy to sell me one, the technician said that this was really a great phone and would continue to serve me well as long as Apple supported it.
