The service at this store is particularly poor, especially for black customers. Black individuals are treated poorly, with customer service being notably bad when you are black. Every time I have visited this store, I have never received the assistance needed for my phone. While they are willing to take money from black customers, their service towards them is awful. It seems like the store's advertisement should specify that it only serves white people. read more

This store was very ORGANIZED and it felt like these people were working as a team. I'm always impressed by that. We walked in, within 1 minute, we were told who we could check in with. We were called after about 5 minutes of waiting. At the time the store had about 6 people ahead of us. There were several employees taking care of people. Our CSR was a guy named Don. It was about 45 minutes before the store closed and we felt no rush. Don was thorough and did all that was possible to help. We had another issue with a second phone on the same account. He called my number to check and his number popped up on my phone. He was a very pleasant guy and had a sense of humor. We were able to resolve the issues the best way possible. Our experience was a good one too. We live in Chaska and went all the way to Maple Grove because although the store we wanted to go to was closed even though it said on the Internet it was open until 8. We lucked out by getting Don and a supremo experience at the T moble in Maple Grove. read more

Cheez wiz just awful! Signed up a family plan no hidden fees 180 been paying 229? What for really can't give a good answer. Supposedly er a upgraded phones for switching over HhaHA HA oooo we just sold the last one that seems to be the story very time ya walk in just bad timing I guess. With the masks on can't tell if ther laughing at ya for getting suckered in to joining there family. Must be mob ran cause they always have a reason excuse or misdirect ya. Ya leave feeling like ya just had 2 root camels done. At least the densest give ya nova Caine to numb ya up. T-Mobile just likes to drill and grind at ya until leave feeling defeated. In the past 3 months I had went to two other locations. The service I had there was terrible. I was to the point of switching carriers. I decided to check out just one more T-Mobile location. A very nice lady checked me in. After a very short wait, (About five minutes) ALEX S came to help me. He answered ALL my questions. I had several and appreciated his explanation as to what worked at my home address. I would definitely recommend this location and all the staff that works there. read more

I've been a T-Mobile customer when T-Mobile was still Voicestream, so that's over 20 years ago! Every time I come into this store, there is so much rudeness, you have to walk on egg shelves to ensure that you get good service. The intake person who takes the info as to what you need is always rude and makes you feel like she is doing you a favor while she is putting your information into the system! Her exact words to me was "Ok, we'll try to be nice to you and take care of you"...you will TRY to be nice to me!?!!?!? She tells us it will be 1.5 hour wait at 7pm, when they close at 8pm....I asked her why so long is it because I only see one person working, her response was "I actually have 5 people working"...not sure where those people were, she did tell me I was getting rude with her and looked like she was doing me a favor for putting our names on the list.....Needed a new phone since my husband lost his phone, asked THREE TIMES which phone between all the google pixels would be the best phone for him for what he needed, was advised to get 7a pixel, come home and find out that after reading reviews that 7a has worse features than 7 google pixel for what my husband needed. Was working with someone who was still in training and he was doing the best that he could, the person that was "training him" was not very helpful either! It's beyond the amount of money that you pay each month for these phones and the fact that customer service is just horrible at this store! Very high pressure sales people. I felt real almost forced to buy certain things like covers or insurance. It was beyond what is ethical. On top our sales person had less info about the phone than the high prices accessories. All the be aware of the sales contract. It says they can share your information but it does not say with who. I had the worst experience at this store. Went in at 11 am to update my SIM from sprint to t-Mobile. The associate changed the SIM card and checked for phone service, which was good. I left the store and then found out the internet on my phone did not work. I called the store and they said to come back in and they would take care of it for me. I asked if I needed an appointment and the associate said NO. I went back in to the store and was told by the "greeter" that there was no one free to help me and that I would have to wait in my car. I asked him if he could fix my phone since he was not busy, and his response was, no I have to greet the people coming in and I have other things to do!. WOW. I went back out to my car and noticed there were people coming into the store. So after 15 minutes I went back in the store and saw that the people who had just arrived were with associates. I asked the greeter why I was not helped, and he responded "they had appointments". Well, needless to say that set me off, and I lost it...Told him that he could take a moment to fix my phone and that I had had an appointment. And guess what...it took him 2 minutes to fix my internet settings..WOW, what very poor customer service. read more

Unbelievably sucky. They keep harassing me with robo-calls for someone else who apparently had this number long before I did, and there's no way to reach a human being. The robo-calls are the especially pernicious kind that DO NOT DISCONNECT when I hang up -- which basically means I can't use the phone till it's through. Picking one of the "selections" it "offers" only puts me into a phone tree that offers no human interaction and finally says "since you didn't answer with an appropriate selection I am terminating this call." I shudder to think what it must be like to be a CUSTOMER of this band of dimwits. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. I live and work closer to another store, but this one seems to have the most knowledgable employees. I did a jump upgrade and Josh handled everything easily and as quickly as I expected. Because this store is popular and staffed well, you can't expect to 'pop in' and be on your way in a few minutes. Plan on waiting but it's worth the wait. Josh was also friendly and had a genuine concern that I was having a good experience. Kudos to the staff and especially Josh!!! read more

Their insurance company is the reason for the missing star. Myke is your guy at this location, phenomenal job handling some errors in their system when I was trying to file a damage claim on my phone recently. He really strived for a solution for me and delivered. Friendly, and definitely made an unpleasant situation much better. Isaac also made some great suggestions, I really don't know much about phones so the advice I felt was genuine and totally on point. Great job, and very happy with my new phone. read more

I was with T-Mobile for 8 years, paid over $11,520 in service fees. When phone calls started to drop they provided a signal booster...it help for a while but they started dropping again. I bought a new phone hoping that would help but it did not. I finally had to switch providers and cancel with T-Mobile. When I advised them I was canceling service they sent me a bill for $1,174.56!!! I was shocked. Of this amount $300 was early termination of service by cancelling the service. I asked if they could waive this fee since they were not able to provide consistent service. They said no. I was surprised at their lack of personal understanding and accepting the fact that they could no provide the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND T-MOBILE. read more
