His tone was very condescending and uncalled for. I am a new Condo owner and wanted to be careful about creating a fire hazard. I am complaining about the tone of voice used, which this technician should be more aware of when interacting with customers. When I mentioned this to the second technician, he did apologize but essentially laughed about it and called me rude. I don't think getting a second opinion from the property manager should be considered "rude".

Service was however very poor. Tech was on location 15 minute, did a test on the dryer, went on the roof and retested the dryer. I was charged $200.00 which to me was totally out of line for the amount of time spent. All he did was use a brush down the pipe and didn't evey move the dryer to check the line going out.
