Before noon on Sunday, Foxpaw reached out to me with two emails to tell me they were having no problem with my phone and to call them for further direction. In that conversion, the customer service person said that they did not recommend their water treatment service if the phone is now working. They warned that intermittent screen display problem could continue since it had been submerged in water.
