Next day, I went to pick up my phone and the equipment was still under service. The same repair /service rep personally delivered my phone from the Fairview Heights location to my condo downtown STL and this was during the huge storm that passed through town! ~~~~EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE~~~ Convenient , Affordable, and professional My total Cost 170$ Apple Store over 200 $ By appointment only and a 4 day wait.

At first, everything worked perfectly. I thought I had gotten lucky and dodged a bullet. But, later that day, the display went out. Some friends recommended Foxpaw for the repair. I calling Foxpaw and discussed my situation with a customer serve person, I dropped my phone in a kiosk Saturday night for their water treatment service. Before noon on Sunday, Foxpaw reached out to me with two emails to tell me they were having no problem with my phone and to call them for further direction. In that conversion, the customer service person said that they did not recommend their water treatment service if the phone is now working. They warned that intermittent screen display problem could continue since it had been submerged in water. But, she offered to refund my fee and make my phone available for pick up later that afternoon. It was ready before promised and has been working perfectly.....let's keep hoping. I couldn't ask for better service. My only problem was what that touch screen at the kiosk would not register my touch selections unless I pushed very hard on the screen and it took many, many, many swipes to get the card reader to read my credit card.

Bought a very good ($300.00) truck battery in December 2025. Drove the truck 2x a month, started…read moreit up every week and let it run for 30 or more minutes. Had no problems even below freezing. Had a medical problem in the family and couldn't get out to start or drive the truck for the last 2 weeks. Battery deader than a doorknob, not even a click. Got it jumped, took it to the same location we bought the battery from. They tested it, said it was only 3 volts and had to be at least 10 to claim the warrenty. They put it on an overnight charger. No calls from them about status. When we called, Mike stated they could only get it to 7.5 volts and thereby voided the full warrenty we paid for and would not provide a new battery. Voided the warrenty on a 5 month old battery because it would not hold a charge? Since when does this make sense?! Never again!

I got a confirmation email immediately that said my appointment was set. I also received a text at 7 AM the next morning saying my appointment was set. I got there at 9:15 and was met with "we tried calling you twice yesterday to tell you we didn't have your battery in stock". I confirmed the number they had was correct (not remembering they had texted me 2 hours prior) and it was. No voicemail, no missed calls, confirmed they had the correct number. Their story didn't add up...I would have been fine if they would have just owned the mistake and admitted they dropped the ball. I went to the cell phone repair store across the street (CPR), they got me right in without an appointment and my phone works great.

When I called, they said it'd be longer due to an issue they detected and said they'd call me back. A week passed, and I called them to check up. They said I could pick it up soon and they would call in the next day. They never did. The employees even said they made notes to call me, and none of the repair techs ever called to keep me updated or to even tell me when it was ready for pick up. I had to keep calling myself. While the battery issue is better, they were unfortunately not able to fix it completely due to there being a motherboard problem. Good technological know how, absolutely horrid communication between the staff and customer.

I gave it to them and was told it would be a few days. In a few more days, they called me but didn't leave a message. I called them back and they said they had meant to call a different customer but mine would be done in a few days. Now it has been a week, so two more days pass and I call they say they are waiting for the passcode. I told them I gave it to them several days earlier and they said oh right, it will be done in a few days. I called back in two days and guess what? They said they need the passcode. I told them I'd already provided it and they said oh right, it will be done in a few days. I call back in two more days and guess what? They say they need the passcode. I say I've already supplied it, and they said, oh right. But this time they said it would be done that day, which was Saturday December 11, 13 days from the day I dropped it off. They called me to pick it up exactly 30 minutes before they closed. I wasn't able to get it until December 14. I do have it now and it appears to be working. If you think a few days is about two weeks and don't mind calling repeatedly, go ahead and give them a try.
