Recently, I went into a Corporate Store with no luck in my mind to resolve any of my issues regarding prior or current services from a local state move. BUT TODAY.... i have had ALL of my issues resolved! Just having the patience to speak to someone locally and having them actually listen to your situation makes the difference, just give the right ATT person/sales person a chance.
