I can't thank the team at T-Mobile on Rt 3 in Clifton enough. Went there Friday February 9th to buy the iPhone X, the staff went above and beyond for me. The Asst. Manager Betsy helped me restore my old phone on a Sunday today, everyone there is very friendly and know what they are doing unlike other companies/stores. I went into the store at about 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Three associates were working, Chris (manager), Christian ( who assited me) and another gentleman who's name I didn't catch. I was switching my mobile service back to T Mobile and was in the store for a while. Christian was extremely helpful and patient. First of all I wasn't able to pull up the store I wanted to speak of which is T-Mobile Paramus route 4 West. I am not familiar with T-Mobile route 3 at all making that clear. The quality and attitude of the sales people is my experience with having bought and return twice the Revvle phone it is your basic cell phone . The first time I returned it it was because the screen would black out and cut off calls now this is a brand new phone not a refurbished phone all together cost about a hundred and $50. It would cut off calls, the speaker option on the phone never worked the screen for no reason would just black out in the middle of a search, those are just a few of the problems I had with it Of course I wouldn't judge it on just one phone one phone can be poorly made. I gave it another chance I went back to the Paramus store they didn't have it in stock they sent me to another store where are the sales people didn't really pay attention they just got me another phone this is T-Mobile Paramus route 17 North. a week later I go back to T-Mobile route 4 West in Paramus and the attitude is basically yeah they're all going to suck only the high-end phones that were selling are going to be any better basically he showed me the high-end ones which I'm sure had a hefty commission for him but the next 3 cell phones up from the one I bought the revel, he said had all the same problems something to do with the memory. He said that he didn't have another one in stock or the next model up basically they're getting returned so quickly that they can't keep them in stock. Why would you sell a phone three different phones when you know they are defective ? And the sales people tell you what the problem is why they still Carrie and sell them I switched from Verizon I felt was a terrible company due to its billing and billing errors and refusal to correct. My my experience had been favorable with T-Mobile my old phone was better then the new one ARE. I think I will have my old phone fixed or go elsewhere and try other company phones very disappointed time consuming they could have told me over the phone that they were out of stock of the three lower-end phones before I got there. Will not be keeping this phone it is garbage. Unreliable under normal circumstances, what if an emergency arose what do I do send smoke signals to T-Mobile. read more

Utterly incredible. I have an iPhone 8 and was already approved for a major discount and upgrade on a new phone. My iPhone 8 only has surface Micros Scratches. The gentleman that was helping me at this T-Mobile store said that his manager stated that my phone was damaged too much for T-Mobile to except it for the trade in value of $700. This T-Mobile promotion is for upgrading to the 5G network. The T-Mobile store in Clifton was just trying to make money off of me because T-Mobile excepted my phone as a trade-in. Extremely bad business practices trying to get over on customers. Utterly disgusting and I don't I suggest you using this store for anything customer service related or purchasing. T-Mobile really needs to review their policies and this store! Do stay away from the store They are nothing but thieves and liars! read more

I'm too through with T-mobile and haven't even been with them for a month yet. I switched from Verizon because I wanted to get off of someone's plan onto my own. I went to the Clifton store. Switched and thought everything was good until I got home and found out my phone had 2 phone numbers and my number was only working through WiFi.. the other number was getting and making calls. Not that big of a deal but my business is not getting any calls or messages. My daughters phone wasn't working at all! Go back the next day to the same place thinking they would fix it. Smh.. he couldn't fix it. My number wouldn't register it kept going to their number from the new SIM card. He said he fixed it. ( my phone is paid off with Verizon and my daughters also. My 2 boys are with T-Mobile payment plan.) my boys phones work great but my daughters phone takes 45 - 60 seconds to even register that it wants to make a phone call. Smh.. I can't contact my daughter because her phone doesn't even ring. She doesn't even get text messages. Our phones worked perfectly two days before the T-Mobile fiasco. My daughter and my phone continue to lose service and drop calls. My boys phones are perfectly fine.. Forced to buy my daughter a phone now. We go to the same T-Mobile store (my stupidity).. A different person helps me and everything goes great! She transferred all of my daughters contacts and photos and hands us a phone and says. You're good to go. We take the phone and leave.. 10 mins I thought about this place and said to her- call me because they're stupid. She calls but has no damn service! Her old phone is still connected..smfh.. I went to a different store where they removed the SIM card from her old phone to the new one.. simple solution but I thought that's why we went to T-Mobile in the first place- so they can do it.. I do not like T-Mobile nor the one in Clifton Nj. I'd say do not go to T-Mobile at all. If you're with a low grade company then move up you might like it but when you had the best it's a horrible down grade.. read more

So far the customer service is fast and friendly. The location is easy to get to, it has able parking. It has enough customer service representatives, so there is no long wait to get service. The décor is modern and the air-conditioning work. read more

Dear T-Mobile, My entire family is on T-mobile for years. Today, I went to Clifton, NJ store just to switch from Micro-SIM to Nano-SIM and was asked to charged $20 each for something that is only sold for $3 in Best Buy now. This service used to be free. The manager Kirym (not sure spelling is correct) was not hospitable at all, or rude to some extend, and keep saying this is company policy without any other explanation. I like T-mobile so far until today that I do not understand why loyal customers like me are subject to as high as $20 charge just try to continue their use of T-Mobile. Furthermore, the manager keeps bragging himself that he has been 13 years with T-Mobile as if my 5-year loyalty is nothing compared to his. At least, as a manager and has been working with T-mobile for 13 years, he needs to understand the importance of explaining company policies to customers instead of simply repeating that it is company policy. Too bad, I am now considering switching while I know they might not be better than T-Mobile, but today's experience really made me feel so bad. Update: I got the SIM cards for free by simply calling T-Mobile. What a so-called company policy it is! read more

This place needs a lesson in customer service 101. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 3 years now and whenever I have had an issue the stores and customer service lines have been helpful for the most part. I walked into this branch and was met with a welcoming smile, so I though it was going to be good service as usual. However, when the staff realized that I was an existing customer looking for a replacement sim card rather than a new plan or phone that enthusiasm quickly dissipated. One of my phones had a sim card that had been jammed into the phone making it difficult for the staff to add a new sim card. So instead of helping or offering me some advice they handed it back to me and said "yea this is broken" I went home took a tweezer and pulled the jammed sim card out of the phone and promptly brought it to a different T-Mobile where they where able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes. Unhelpful and unpleasant workers at this location. Please do not go here, they are the worst. In this area there are so many pop up T-Mobile stores, there is no excuse to use this one. read more
