    I never in my life was treated so disrespectfully by a store in my life all based off the fact I…read morewas white. I came in there with a problem and was directed to come into that store from 611 Customer service in regards to a free phone upgrade I didn't understand what was going on and they did nothing but agitate the situation instead of listening to me, sarcastic comments were made about my ringtone and one of them even wanted to fist fight me in the store at that point, they threatened to call the police on me and have me removed because 611 told me and they heard it not to listen to the store that the store was wrong and the store was telling me not to listen to Customer service that they were wrong and then I had some individual make comments in regards to my skin color and my ringtone because I'm Italian, I was called a clown and a whole bunch of other rotten names. How dare Verizon have garbage like this work for them and I am not letting it go. There's a lot more to it, but I would love to speak to a district manager or something because I am not letting this go

    Today I visited the Clifton Commons NJ store in hopes of replacing a glass screen protector for my…read moreiPhone. Through a corporate discount program, I am eligible for a 25% discount on accessories. After a half hour wait, an associate called my name. He brought me a Zagg screen protector that was priced at $59.00 and told me that he didn't see any indication of the corporate discount and told me that it did not apply. This happened to me once before at the Clifton store, so this time around I came prepared with a paper from the Verizon web website showing my enrollment in the program that entitled me to the discount. He told me there is nothing further that he could do and that I should call the billing department if I had any questions. I went ahead and called them and on-line, the discounted price showed up. The support person from the call-center was much much more knowledgeable than anyone in the store, and much more helpful. This was not the first time I received terrible service from the Clifton Commons store. Although the store manager was off, the acting store manager was very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. My recommendation is to avoid this store if it all possible.

    I recently visited AT&T, hoping to upgrade two phones and switch to a better carrier…read more Unfortunately, out experience at the store was nothing short of horrible. From the moment we walked in, the sales representative Joey was seemed disinterested in helping us. We were given 3 different qoutes and throughtout the whole conversation he mentioned any phone was valid for a trade in. I repeated, you mean any galaxy phone because if that was the case to accept any phone, I could trade in my current phone which is not a galaxy. The process was taking forever, and I obtained an email with the estinated qoute and we will be back. My spouse then returned to finalize the sale and we have 30 days to provide Samsung trade in. When we arrived on Sunday, there were 3 gentlemen there. One device was accepted and the other was not as it was not an S, Z or Note. This created an issues because we only joined as we were informed by Joey it was any Samsung phone. I said is Joey here? The gentlemen said no, not knowing that I saw him sitting down texting on his phone hiding behind a promo sign. I replied, well thats Joey right there. The gentlemen stuttered, and Joey was rude and said well you didnt finish the sale with me. Excuse me? What kind of reponse is this? He heard hisname loud and clear as we were the only 2 people in the store. Instead of apologizing and help making it right, he continued texting on companys time instead of taking care of customers! I asked for the store manager, he was not in so I obtained his information to contact him. (Great customer service, would of been I will have my manager contact you tomorrow morning to find a solution). The following day, I reached out to the store and I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach the store Manager John Taveras. John pick up but it was not the manager John. The manager was not in and advised me he wa going to get William, the Assistant Store Manager on the phone to assist me. I was on hold for the first time for 27 minutes, second time for 24 minutes, third & fourth call were pick up and hang up calls. Fifth time, I spoke to Roger who informed me William has left for the day knowing I was on hold?? Are you kidding me? who 1) refuses to pick up my calls 2) doesn't call an unhappy client back, When I finally got to speak with a manager, they were rude and dismissive of my concerns, making me feel like I was wasting their time. Even when I finally found a phone and plan that I liked, the sales representative made several errors in processing my order, causing delays and confusion. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing and made me feel like I was a burden to them. Overall, my experience at Clifton was a complete disaster. The staff were unhelpful, the service was slow, and the whole process was frustrating and unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new phone or plan to steer clear of this store and look for better options elsewhere. Despite our repeated attempts to ask questions and seek advice, they gave me short, unhelpful answers and seemed more interested in texting on their own phone than actually helping me.
