I was happy with the service I received. They did a good job replacing my screen that I dropped on a blue stone patio. I did need to go back the next day due to the fact that something was wrong with my selfie camera after the repair, which I need often for video calls (I wish this was checked before I left the first time). Regardless of fault, mine from the drop or theirs from the repair, they fixed it at no additional charge or hassle upon my return. Overall happy with the repair and quick service...I would recommend and return. I read online they gave a couple discounts on screen protectors among other incentives. This was not offered to me. If it was I would of bought a new cell case and screen protector, but I did not feel like negotiating, ill just order on Amazon for half the price. On the other hand I do like to support the little guy when its a little bit more money. I could have been sold pretty easy 25% off would of encouraged me to spend another $30 or $40! I guess the owner wasn't feeling it. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. My screen started to turn different colors so I brought it in to get it fixed, I paid about $120 to fix it. When I picked up my phone the guy said I had 1 MONTH WARRANTY. Within LESS than a WEEK my phone went back to how it originally was when I brought it in. I called them and they once again said I had a 1 MONTH WARRANTY. When I went back they told me I would have to pay an extra $100 for them to fix it again and I told them that they said i had a warranty. They said it didn't matter because they warranty doesn't cover "physical damage." There wasn't one crack on my phone the only problem was the exact reason I went there in the first place. To make matters worse while I was there someone was calling for the EXACT SAME REASON. After arguing with them for 20 mins saying that what was the point of the warranty if they won't fix it again because they obviously didn't fix it right in the first place, they told me they can give me a "little" discount. I ended up leaving without getting it fixed because why would I pay again when they didn't properly fix it the right time. read more

I was in here about a week ago for a very seriously broken screen. I dropped my phone-- I also break my phone screen at least once a month because I constantly drop it without a case. I usually go to a place in Jersey City Heights but I didn't want to drive all the way out there and they also cost a little more. I went here instead. Bad idea. They fixed my phone and even charged it up for me-- thought all was great. I left and 2 days later my phone screen wasn't working, I went back in a few days after that and showed him my phone. He kept telling me I sat on it. First of all, I don't put my phone in my back pocket, EVER. So nice try. Second of all, there isn't even service on this phone. I don't carry it anywhere. It sits on a dresser in my room. I only fixed it to get the pictures I had on it. He changed the screen when I went back and said he was only doing it because he didn't want to argue-- no you're doing it because you know whatever parts you use are garbage and you overcharge for them. I literally NEVER had this issue getting my phone fixed in Jersey City and my phone frame (which is what he blamed) has been bent since a month after I got my phone. I've replaced my screen at least 5 times in Jersey City and it always worked. This place is garbage. Yes, he fixed the phone a second time, but when I walked out of the store the screen went black again and when I immediately went back in he said it was because my battery was dead.... no it wasn't. Again, it's because the replacement parts are garbage. Do NOT go here. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review until today, when I went to get my pictures off my phone and surprise surprise, the screen isn't working. And yes, my phone is charged. These screens are garbage. And sure, I'd like to go back again, but now I don't want to argue. I tried to save a little cash and now i'll be paying more to go out to Jersey City to get the screen fixed again--the right way. Oh and by the way, when I was leaving that second night, another woman was walking in complaining of the exact same problem-- she got her sons phone fixed and the replacement parts weren't working and they tried to tell her the same thing-- it was HER fault.... Try using better quality parts and try giving better customer service. I live down 5 minutes from your store and I know I'll never stop in here again. And honestly, that's a shame because I really do drop my phone all the time and I'll be driving out to Jersey City to fix them. I posted the same review on Google. Don't go here. Spend a little more, or drive a little further and get the phone fixed the right way. read more

They are great, fast, not expensive and the staff is really friendly. My family and friends all go to them when they have any issues with their phones. They always check the phone and give you a free diagnose and tell you what is wrong with the phone and explain the process and give you options, and the best part, they gave me a free screen protector :D read more

Went to 308 Monroe to get my Nexus 6P battery replaced at a very fair price compared to amazon and the risk of DIY fail. I called in the morning, he was able to get the battery by my appointment time later in day and fixed under and hour. Been 2 weeks I haven't had bootloop or shutdown at 40%. Thanks! read more
