We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. I came in here tonight to get a charger real quick, hoping it would be in & out. But it's the holidays so I knew that that wasn't likely. At first I was irritated that I had to "check in" with my name and number and get on the waiting list. I reminded myself how easily customers can become impatient and how spoiled we are to expecting that everything should always go exactly how we want or we're ready to pitch a fit. It really didn't take long and the manager Jimal expedited me ahead of the line so I could get out quickly. He was very professional and even walked around the counter to open the door for me when I left. I really appreciated him. If I could change anything, I don't like how there's a screen that shows the first names and last initial for those that are waiting in line. I would almost prefer a number for privacy reasons but I think they probably want to give the impression that their customers are more than just a number so I get that. It probably also helps people to be patient when they can see how many people are ahead of them. It would be fun if they did random aliases. While exiting the parking lot of a small retail center, I came across this shop. I remembered I had…read morea cell phone that I could no longer charge because the charging port was worn out, so I decided to stop in. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.
