This place is ran worst than the government. So unorganized. The staff hates to be there. They never have anything in stock.

They did a great job replacing my aging iPhone 7 Plus battery. Normally I'd go to the Apple Store…read moreto get that sort of work done but they've been shut down since March because of the pandemic with no signs of reopening anytime soon. Could t wait any longer so I googled places who could replace my battery in Baton Rouge. This was the second on the list and the second one i called. The first was closer at my place but the person who answered the phone called didn't sound as professional as these guys and quoted me a price twenty dollars higher for the same work. No problem stopping by. They took my info, my phone and told me it would be ready in a hour. Ran a 45 minute errand and my phone was good to go when I got back, as good as new. As for the pandemic, all customers required to wear mask and glass shield separated customers from the people behind the counter. Two comfy looking chairs in each corner if you wanted to wait inside for your work to be done. No complaints what so ever. You may be interred to know, $59 to replace the battery - the other place quoted me $79!

I stopped in during a visit to Baton Rouge. I had taken an Uber from my hotel to CPR Cell Phone…read moreRepair and I was concerned that I might have to let that driver go and call another one if I had to wait very long. I was very pleasantly surprised that the man working that day was immediately able to put his hands on a new screen protector for my phone and make the repair in under 5 minutes. My total bill was under $15. I was very impressed and would use their services again!

So this AT&T is typically my go-to store because it's near my work. Also it's typically less busy…read morethan the Apple Store, but busy enough that they know what they're doing. I came in here tonight to get a charger real quick, hoping it would be in & out. But it's the holidays so I knew that that wasn't likely. At first I was irritated that I had to "check in" with my name and number and get on the waiting list. I reminded myself how easily customers can become impatient and how spoiled we are to expecting that everything should always go exactly how we want or we're ready to pitch a fit. It really didn't take long and the manager Jimal expedited me ahead of the line so I could get out quickly. He was very professional and even walked around the counter to open the door for me when I left. I really appreciated him. If I could change anything, I don't like how there's a screen that shows the first names and last initial for those that are waiting in line. I would almost prefer a number for privacy reasons but I think they probably want to give the impression that their customers are more than just a number so I get that. It probably also helps people to be patient when they can see how many people are ahead of them. It would be fun if they did random aliases. So one day you might pick a celebrity like "Rick James" and they call out "Rick James" and you know it's your turn. Did this take a strange turn? I got off track, thanks Jimal!

Trying to get any help/support from AT&T is a joke. They might as well just laugh in your face…read more Scammer hacked my account and it's taking weeks to figure out where and who I need to speak with to have this resolved. AT&T fraud isn't there to help or protect you. Their service is unreliable, their bills are never the same monthly. Don't expect to be treated with respect when you come in to get help and you comment about how shitty your overall experience has been their black female employees at this location will make comments about you being salty literally in from of you.
