Iphone Screen Replacement Problems with this interaction: 1. The repair was done with a 3rd party screen and I was not informed of this. 2. When I began to have trouble with the screen I went into the store to have them help but, I had to go back to the store because they don't have a Tech on hand all of the time. 3. I was told that they could not honor their warranty. They didn't have another screen to try again. They tried sending me to one of their competitors where I would have to pay again for the repair. 4. I had to demand to speak with a manager just to have this resolved. The manager finally did offer a full refund for the repair. read more

Don't waste your time looking at big box stores for unusual bulbs (or batteries). Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, they probably have what you need. I didn't really want to hit every big box store looking for small round bulbs with a candelabra base (who even knows what that is??). I was in and out with what I needed in less time than it takes to get a burger at the joint next door. I didn't look around much, but I did see lots of unusual looking batteries, too. Went to get my iPhone battery replaced. When I asked for the difference between their battery & Apple's, I was told that theirs had a 6 month warranty & Apple's didn't & that they were authorized to work on Apple phones by Apple. Bought their battery, left the store, unlocked my screen to make a call and got an error message that that Apple couldn't determine if the battery was a genuine Apple part. Returned to the store for a refund and was told NO REFUNDS, but the salesman said the error would go off in a day or two. The other salesman then said no, it will not, that as long as that battery is in the phone, you will continue to get that message. Never do business with this place. The salesman would sold me the battery didn't lie once, he lied twice. I'm now in a dispute with my bank over the charge and their fraudulent sales practices. read more

The manager is extremely rude to the other employees. He clearly does not have patience to train the new hire, Taylor. Taylor was obviously trying his best to assist me with a ringing up a battery rebuild and needed a little guidance from the manager. I did not get the manager's name, but I was absolutely disgusted with his smart ass remarks and eye rolling. Before I left, told Taylor that I could see he was new and was doing a great job. Scheduled cell phone repair online for 9am. The tech said to come back at 1 pm. When I went back to pick up my phone I was told he went to lunch and after that he was go his lawyer's office. There was another tech there but he wouldn't touch it because it had been taken apart. This is very poor business practice. So I wish I never went there to begin with. I don't recommend this business for cell phone repair! I would give them a lower rating but 1 star is the lowest! read more

I came to this place because I read that it had great reviews... I'm not going to bash their work because I didn't end up getting my phone fixed there, but I went online and scheduled an appointment to get my phone repaired at 8:30 a.m. three days prior and when I went to get my phone repaired the clerk said the technician that is responsible for phone repairs wouldn't be in until noon. This information was not anywhere to be found online to inform me that appointments before noon aren't for phone repairs. Alongside this, no apology was given for the lack of information on their end as far as making appointments before noon. I went to phone doc upon leaving batteries and bulbs, which opened at 9:00 a.m. and happily fixed my phone within 30 minutes. I will not be returning to batteries and bulbs in the future. read more
