There was no line when I got there; the man that helped me had a bit of an accent, but we understood one another well enough to joke about how the Apple Genius Bar told me they couldn't fix my phone and had to upgrade to the newest model. He fixed the water damage, gave me a new screen (It was shattered), and it was less than $100. The man that helped me was very knowledgable, so I will be going back again to fix my old iPhone 5c (that Apple told me was obselete).

When speaking with the guy there, he told me it would be a quick 30-minute fix before even looking at my phone. I felt like he didn't fully understand what was wrong with it, even after I explained the issue, which is why I asked if I could pay afterward in case he was unable to fix it. He continued to insist that it was an easy fix, so I paid the $170 and waited. When I returned, he told me he couldn't fix it and gave me only a partial refund. If they do not give full refunds, THEY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE. It seems like a scam to me.

This time I needed my charging port fixed. Another 5 stars! Not only did he have it fixed quick, but it was also 30% cheaper than my local repair shop. I recently moved an hour and a half away, but still can't beat the deals and quality of what this store offers, so it's worth the drive! Note: I never leave 5 star ratings because I always feel as though there is room for improvement, but I really don't see how a device repair shop can get any better than this. Straight, honest, fast, no bs and extremely friendly! Thank you again!
