As far as wait time to get someone to help, We have only had to wait for them to finish up with the previous customer(s). I have been in sales for over 20 years and I know you make your money off of margins, but these were insane, and that was after they offered a bundle price which supposedly brought the price down $300 then $500 when I said I will think about it. I was able to go online and to put together equal or slightly better builds for $600-$1000 less and MUCH better builds for $200 less - $200 more on Alienware, IBuyPower, Cyberpower, etc. I'm no computer wiz but i do use benchmark to compare to make sure each part was of equal or greater quality. The labor warranty is not enough to cover those costs, when the parts will run you double what they are in stores or almost triple what you can find online. If offered a price match for equal parts I would have no problem recommending them. I wouldn't even mind $100 more or so to stay local. If other people are too lazy to go research pricing then that is their fault, but price matching would be a big win for this place for those customers who do their due diligence.

    DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE…read more I went in on a Saturday to get my screen replaced and less than 24 hours later my screen completely blacked out. They are closed on Sundays, but I needed my phone for work so I took my phone to have the screen fixed elsewhere. My provider suggested I go to Apple so they could run diagnostics to make sure it was just the screen that was messed up. I went to Apple and they said the screen was either faulty or installed incorrectly. I got my phone fixed overnight at Apple because I had plans to travel the next day for work. I came back on Monday and explained to them what had happened and how I got it fixed at Apple because I could not wait due to work. They told me I needed to bring them back the faulty screen in order to be issued a refund. I went back to Apple and they said they did not have the screen and even if they did it would be a whole ordeal to give it back to me. I went back and explained to them that Apple did not have the screen and they offered me no help. They said a refund could not be issued without the screen and I explained that even though I do not have the screen I have all my receipts from both them and Apple to show as proof of what happened. They said they needed the screen back so they could get back their money back so they could give me my money back. I was upset and acted upset, but the manager was not very nice to me either. He said "how do I know the Apple receipt isn't fake" and that giving me a refund is "bad business." If a company cannot spare an upset customer a refund, obviously their business is not doing well. I highly suggest going to your phones direct retailer (Apple, Samsung, etc.) rather than these 3rd party retailers if you need your phone fixed, even it is more expensive. I tried to use the more affordable options and ended up spending way more money than I would have. They are unhelpful, greedy, and cannot own up to their own mistakes even if it makes a customer upset.
