Computer Hell. Brought my computer in because it kept randomly restarting after a couple minutes of opening. They call me back and say it's a ram slot issue, apparently fix it, I bring it home same issue is occurring so I bring it back, they tell me they just switched over the ram slot. So now a couple weeks later my problem has gotten even worse and what do ya know! The whole motherboard is messed up! Now they're telling me it was on the work order the whole time and that I need a replacement motherboard starting at 199. Stay as far away as you can from this place unless you want a 2 week fix that will inevitably break again. read more

I'd rather wait the 3-4 days it takes for a part to ship from Best Buy than go here and get literally scammed out of my money. There is no way a $200 up charge is for a "lifetime warranty". And that's not to mention that these guys will call and harass you about buying their software even though you said no the first time. They only care about how commission they can make off you. Staff was very friendly and helpful as far as finding the parts. I will say the pricing was outrageous. I have been in sales for over 20 years and I know you make your money off of margins, but these were insane, and that was after they offered a bundle price which supposedly brought the price down $300 then $500 when I said I will think about it. I was able to go online and to put together equal or slightly better builds for $600-$1000 less and MUCH better builds for $200 less - $200 more on Alienware, IBuyPower, Cyberpower, etc. I'm no computer wiz but i do use benchmark to compare to make sure each part was of equal or greater quality. The labor warranty is not enough to cover those costs, when the parts will run you double what they are in stores or almost triple what you can find online. If offered a price match for equal parts I would have no problem recommending them. I wouldn't even mind $100 more or so to stay local. If other people are too lazy to go research pricing then that is their fault, but price matching would be a big win for this place for those customers who do their due diligence. read more

You should not go to this store, when it takes too long to fix your computer. Only the diagnostic cost around $50 and there is a waitlist for a week, regardless of they found the error or not. read more

They're scam artist. They'll try and sell you a 500gb hard drive for $100 when it's normally sold for less than half. They'll say that it because of their lifetime warranty but it's just an excuse to extort you for more money. And this goes for everything they sell. PC's that cost $1200 they sell for $3000. And after all that they try and push some crummy antivirus for $100 when there's way cheaper and even free antivirus software out there. Save yourself time and money from these crooks and literally shop anywhere else. read more

I have used Computer Heaven for a long time with very favorable results until recently. I brought my all-in-one because it was very slow doing everything. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days before anyone could look at it. I had a technician call me in 2 days, saying my hard drive was about to crash. I told him that all I cared about on my computer was my pictures. He assured me that he would take care of it. They called later the next day to say my computer was ready to be picked up. When I got home, only half of my pictures were there and I called the store. The ticket said I brought in a computer with a crashed hard drive. I was told to bring it back in and they would see what they could do. I brought it back in with the "crashed" hard drive but the sales person said they did not know what they would be able to do. Another 2 days pass, and at 5:56pm I get a call saying my computer was finished. When I picked it up, my ticket said the customer did not bring in old hard drive and they had to upload from their system. While I did not get charged again, they did nothing. the only pictures on my computer were the ones that were before. They did nothing! I will not be going there - management should pay more attention to the customer instead of their lying employees. read more

Took in a computer that my son attempted to build himself. The guys in the store were very polite and had me bring the unit in. Within a few moments, they had found the problem and fixed it. I was afraid it would be weeks before we would get it back. They were helpful and answered any question I had about updating my PC. Store is large, clean, with plenty of inventory. read more

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my problem and recovered my data, quickly and for a reasonable price.

I did not have a good experience. When dropping off my laptop I couldn't shut it and was told it was an easy fix, should take 2-3 days. A week later I was returned a more broken laptop (they managed to shatter the screen) with the news that it would be so expensive to fix I should just buy a new one. read more

I brought in my laptop for a speed boost. More specifically an SSD. Not only did they inform me that they were running a special; and I got a discount. When there where problems with the migration they did a clean install for free giving me the best available option. Now windows 8 boots in 20 seconds my applications load so fast it makes me giggle. Never really upgraded computers before but after my experience with Computer Heaven im gonna get more RAM and a blue ray drive next. try them first you wont be sorry. read more

used to be great but lately....i'm not happy with them at all..brought my computer in to them because the printer would not connect ..they said was not my printer was my computer so they stripped it down and reloaded windows back on..almost $200 total cost....i could have done that myself for free! get home and i was not able to open any documents.. brought it back... 2 days later..all they did was strip it down and reload windows again!! is this the only repair they know.?
