The manager pointed at two small washing machines and told me to use those. I reluctantly approached them and I noticed that they had a "System Offline" notification. The manager started yelling, "Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God!!!" She went into the office and started yelling at someone on the phone. Yeah, I'd had enough. So much for high tech laundry. I ended up going to 24/7 Coin laundry on Coursey Blvd. It was a much nicer experience. The place was clean including the bathrooms, and the machines worked.
