Can confirm-went in with a shattered screen, huge blackout in the picture and pixelated lines throughout the whole thing. They had it fixed in probably 10 minutes, good as new! I'm amazed and highly recommend! (Also he let me put in my own password after turning it back on, so no doubts about any funny business ) Cost me $120 plus tax. There is so still so much to choose from whether you are looking for accessories to spiff up your iPhone or Android. I came in here one day because I was drawn by their Yelp check-in offer. I arrived with the check-in offer in hand that they automatically fulfilled the request: added a screen protector on my new iPhone 7+. It was not one of those low-quality ones either and I have been in need of a screen protector for quite sometime. I would never recommend anyone to come here. they charged me 90 dollars to fix my screen. 2 days later the inside of top screen was damage Magically because the screen they are putting on them are cheap. the outside of screen was not damage and anything. the phone wasn't dropped are anything. I'm conclusion I was deny help or a warrant!!! They employee told me I had to fuss/disagree with her manager in order to get it fix. then which she told me he still wasn't going to do it. Did an excellent job repairing my iPhone this evening. My screen was cracked and jumping, and there was a black spot near the top of the screen. I thought I'd have to buy a new one. But they were able to fix it in less than 20 minutes and helped me select a clear cover and case. And at a reasonable price (about $170 total.) I highly recommend them. Horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE. Took my phone here to get screen replaced, Burts ended up breaking it even more. Now it constantly says "No Service" and randomly turns on and off. It did not do this before AT ALL. Of course all the employees here were not willing or eager at all to help me in any way. They were all extremely rude, and gave me every excuse to why they cannot repair what they broke. Currently a week and a half later my phone is still being repaired, pretty sure they took it to Apple store without my consent to be repaired because they could not fix the damage they did. This place deserves less than one star, very frustrating. Would never go here again read more

I brought my phone to the store three times to get repaired and each time a week later it would break again. It broke for the third time a week after I got it fixed and I brought it to the store asking them to repair it for free because I hadn't dropped it and had it cracked it and they told me I would have to pay the full price. This place is awful and it's run by a bunch of idiots. They are in no means qualified to be fixing anybody's phones they have no idea what they are doing. Emily was super helpful and super nice. My iphone wouldn't turn on and was stuck on the apple logo. I had been to 3 different places before and she was the only one who immediately knew how to fix the problem. We were in an out in half and hour and the time was only because the phone was out of battery before we came here. Emily told us she is in here almost every day so i would highly recommend this shop for any phone troubles. While we were in here, someone else came in with a cracked screen and while we were in here we watched her fix it. she was very quick and precise and she clearly knew what she was doing. 10/10 would come back with any phone troubles. read more
