He even offered to let me bring my PC to his home the next day. Within about an hour of dropping it off on Saturday, he called to let me know he had diagnosed the problem--it turned out to be my AIO water cooler. He clearly explained what was needed to fix it and gave me multiple options: I could pick it up and install the parts myself, bring him the parts for installation, or let him handle everything. I chose to have him order and install the parts. He sent me pictures and pricing for the recommended parts before ordering anything, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency made him feel very trustworthy. Once the parts arrived, he completed the repair and adjusted the necessary settings. The replacement he chose was actually an upgrade from my original AIO, fit better in my system, and cost less than I expected.
