On Friday night, my computer started shutting off immediately after pressing the power button. Spencer reached out, and from the start he was friendly and easy to work with. After I explained the issue, he was confident he could help and was upfront about his rates. He even offered to let me bring my PC to his home the next day.
Within about an hour of dropping it off on Saturday, he called to let me know he had diagnosed the problem--it turned out to be my AIO water cooler.
