I went in to see if they could repair my phone's battery line. When I got there, I immediately saw…read morethe "no refunds" sign, which raised a red flag. When speaking with the guy there, he told me it would be a quick 30-minute fix before even looking at my phone. I felt like he didn't fully understand what was wrong with it, even after I explained the issue, which is why I asked if I could pay afterward in case he was unable to fix it. He continued to insist that it was an easy fix, so I paid the $170 and waited. When I returned, he told me he couldn't fix it and gave me only a partial refund. If they do not give full refunds, THEY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE. It seems like a scam to me.

Unfortunately, in between was a very argumentative and disrespectful regional representative that was trying to convince me that I had a different phone than I actually have. He sets a poor standard of service to say the least. Long story short, the issue was resolved, and the repair is as good as new. Thanks to the Sales and Corporate Managers.
