I came in here tonight to get a charger real quick, hoping it would be in & out. But it's the holidays so I knew that that wasn't likely. At first I was irritated that I had to "check in" with my name and number and get on the waiting list. I reminded myself how easily customers can become impatient and how spoiled we are to expecting that everything should always go exactly how we want or we're ready to pitch a fit. It really didn't take long and the manager Jimal expedited me ahead of the line so I could get out quickly. He was very professional and even walked around the counter to open the door for me when I left. I really appreciated him. If I could change anything, I don't like how there's a screen that shows the first names and last initial for those that are waiting in line. I would almost prefer a number for privacy reasons but I think they probably want to give the impression that their customers are more than just a number so I get that. It probably also helps people to be patient when they can see how many people are ahead of them. It would be fun if they did random aliases. So one day you might pick a celebrity like "Rick James" and they call out "Rick James" and you know it's your turn. Did this take a strange turn? I got off track, thanks Jimal!

We went to this location to pickup the modem…read more The person who gave us the modem changed our work order, lowering the speed & raising the price from the originally agreed upon contract. Despite having screenshots & emails confirming what we originally scheduled, no one at the store or customer service could switch us to the originally agreed upon plan. We talked to multiple reps via chat & over the phone, they just said the rep wouldn't have had a reason to change the work order. And no one had access to the online deals so they couldn't switch the account back to the previous work order. (The online deals on their company's website mind you, not third party.) I asked what reason I would have to agree to one thing, and then without notice switch to a slower package for more money, but thats not their problem. Cox does not care about you, your time, or the law, since this is the definition of a bait & switch. I cancelled service & returned the equipment, and the people working in the store acted like I was bothering them. I wouldn't recommend Cox and especially not this location to you, your dog, or your enemies' dog. Please save yourself multiple days of phone calls & chats where they try to sell you mobile service or different packages, the discounts online aren't real. Even if they are real, as long as the agent leaves notes like "Customer request change" -they will not respect the agreed to terms of service.

    I am very disappointed and disgusted with AT&T as a business. My mom has had her account with them…read moreover 30 years with no perks, discounts, or any benefits to show for decades of dedication and being a loyal consumer! There have been a lot of discrepancies between this local AT&T store and AT&T customer service by phone. They are on very different pages, misinformed, and have no idea what they're doing. Both point the finger at the other placing blame for how the account was messed up and adjusted and how they can't go back in the system to correct it. There are extra fees that aren't accounted for and they had the audacity to charge an $8 late fee for being one day late! 30 plus years of giving this corporation hundreds and thousands of dollars for poor service, black outs, and faulty devices? Thats unacceptable! Our plan was changed from the old grandfather plan without our consent that they claim was because we got upgrades. Why should the service plan change just because we get a new device? Why should we pay more for bad service and less cellular data, mobile hotspot, and all that was decreased with this new plan we didn't ask!?! This is unacceptable! We also had an extra line added we didn't ask for and were wrongfully told the bill would decrease and certain fees will fall off over several billing cycles. I'm over this corporation and will be looking into better service providers soon!

    My wife and I went into this location to have a photo printed out. We got there as soon as the…read morestore opened and we waited to get assisted since there were a couple people ahead of us. We waited patiently to get help and there were two employees there at the printing station Carla and Ashton. It took about 30 minutes to get Ashton to help us and she looked as if she didn't want to help us at all. She had issues with the computer and asked Carla if she come assist her but she was busy with a customer. So after another 10 minutes Ashton was finally able to receive the photo we wanted printed out. There was an issue with the photo having white borders around it and we asked if she could remove them or expand it to fit a 16 x 20 print. She then told us that we would have to do it ourselves and when we asked how to do it she rudely told us that she didn't know. At this point my Wife and I was there for almost an hour for absolute trash service. While everyone else was getting helped while we were waiting, We were constantly getting skipped while people were coming in and out getting their questions answered. The employees need to be retrained on customer service because that was the worst experience I've ever had at this business. This was a huge disappointment because we were looking forward to having our photo printed out. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Nothing to complain about. They have all of the office supplies you could probably need as well -- computers, modems, desks, chairs and such. Get this. A pack of 500 sheets of printer paper can run you between $19-$22 depending on the thickness of the paper you need. Not Office Depot's fault. Things are more expensive expensive now but that seems a little steep. Should last me a while, though I just needed to print out a few things. Also, as I was wandering around looking for the paper, I passed by an employee and asked her if she worked there she said she would be with me in a second and walked on, but she did send someone else to find me and help me which was good customer service. The poor kid at the register didn't seem too happy to be there, but I get it. No judgment there!
