T-Mobile sims arrived just minutes ago ordered on phone told two new iPhone 17 pros one orange one blue with new numbers. I was on phone three hours having nice agent upsell me (I live for savings money ) he did great all I need is physical phones told to come pick up at peach st store Erie ps 7080 peach st Erie pa. Guaranteed phones free of charge just go pick up I'm here at store manager requiring me to pay $ 275,00 (maybe bed broke) I said I'm supposed to just come here to pick up my phones as new sims for our two a watches just got delivered at my front door and I will install those when I get home but manager of store (he hid in back of store and sent out employee) will NOT give me phones on order in computer unless I pay him $275. This store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a T-Mobile location, and I have been a customer for T-Mobile for over 10 years. As stated in my plan, I'm eligible for a free upgrade and I had every intention of cashing in on that during my small window of free time in-between 2 jobs. I started at an authorized retailer, but unfortunately, they didn't have the phone I desired in stock. I proceeded to call ahead to this store in order to make sure the phone I wanted to upgrade to was available. The sales representative who answered the phone didn't sound like they wanted to make a sale at all, and suggested I come tomorrow instead because it was 30 minutes to closing and they still had people to help. Upon arriving at the location said representative addressed me with an attitude questioning whether or not I was the person she spoke with on the phone and seemed irritated that I was going to wait to be helped even though I had arrived before closing time. The sales representatives proceeded to ignore me for the next hour before I was finally approached by a different member of the team. He asked me what service I needed, and then tried to ask if I could come back tomorrow as well. After I had been waiting an hour without anyone addressing me beside my initial interaction? Absolutely not. He then proceeded to ask me what phone I was looking for only to say he doesn't think they have any because they just sold one, again trying to get me to leave. Nobody had exited the store since I came. The time I called to verify to the time I got there was 10 minutes. Afterwards, Michelle, the rude sales representative, followed me outside, belly hanging out the bottom of her shirt, and smoked a cigarette while complaining about me to someone on the phone mere feet away from the T-Mobile entrance. I'd also like to note that while I was waiting, Hasko (the second sales representative) had to tell Michelle not to talk a certain way to another customer she was belittling about whether or not they could put on a screen protector themselves. If you're looking for a job, whether you are human or cow, it seems as though T-Mobile will hire you. Shoutout Moochelle for being a trailblazer in cow activism. read more

I arrived at the peach street location. Awaited roughly 35 minutes not a big deal I don't mind waiting. Then the lady name Megan came and assisted me with what I needed. she did an amazing job.There was one part I was confused on and Megan was as well. So she had a guy name Jason come over to assist. This guy was incredibly rude right off the bat. Truthfully made not my self but his coworker feel dumb. And made me feel i was bot only wasting my time but also awaiting $160.00. I would highly recommend not speaking to Jason. Jason definitely has some training he needs to go threw. Either anger management or taking classes to assist people. Very poor service by him. Best tmobile and staff hands down. The girls working were amazing. They talked me through some great new phones and helped me pick out what phones were best for my personal phone and my work phone. They cared more about my personal needs than selling me the most expensive phones. With their help I was able to cut back from 3 phones 4 numbers to 2 phones 4 numbers. i went into this store because i was going to change carriers, when i went in i was approached by this younger girl prolly 20s and she said "can i help you" i said i'm just looking around and she said "are you a carrier with t mobile" and i said "no..." and she cut me off and said "OK WELL the att store is down the other way good bye" and i contained browsing... she proceeds to FALLOW ME around the store and keeps asking me "can i help you?!!!" "this isn't the store for you" and etc!!! absolutely ridiculous she fallowed me around the whole store and kept bothering me asking me "CAN I HELP YOU?!!" i told her "i already said no... i'm looking" absolutely ridiculous should be fired for the way she acted. this happened in the Erie mall tmobile read more

DO NOT GO TO THE 7080 PEACH ST. T-MOBILE STORE !! I bought two LG V-20 Phones and they charged me 25.00 per phone for the sim cards; when the sim card comes in the box with the phone?? When I called them out on it; he called it a activation fee; yet on my invoice from the store there is nothing about activation fee on it; the invoice states two sim card starter kits at 25.00 each. Two days later, I got a hold of the store Manager on the phone (his name was Joel) he looked up my account and informed me it was a activation fee, I informed him the other t-mobile stores I spoke with do not charge you the 25 dollars when the sim card comes with the phone. I then told him I would return these phones I bought two days ago and go to a different T-mobile store; he then said there is a 50.00 restocking fee... i said oooo really??...so now we are now going to play games to keep the 50.00 I should have never been charged for. He was very rude to me over the phone, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN! I would have to guess this Joel guy will not last long as a manager treating customers like this. Paul (the man that waited on me) gave me a price of 60 out the door, then changed it to 110.00 after he tacked on the price of the sim cards, He was also rude and could not figure out how to turn one of the phones on so he had a African american gentleman (who was very nice) come over to finish up what he could not figure out.
