Called him back on the phone after customer service told me to, Will was unwilling to clarify the situation because he was recorded. He then hung up on me. Worried about something on a recording? Kind of fishy. Long story short the whole company covered it up and I terminated service with these guys. Awful customer service and this particular employee was very uncomfortably pushy and the management seems to be out of whack. Save yourself the time and go with Verizon. Better cell service, payment plans, but most importantly, better customer service. I have this all on recording, but I'm sure they will say that I'm lying like I was told twice.

    Bought a Nokia phone from these guys back in October within 3 weeks phone was losing its speaker…read morecould not hear anything took it back was told I had to call customer service. Customer service told me to send it to them. It's my only phone. Fortunately I was able to fix it myself by fiddling around with the phone. 7 months later that Nokia phone quit charging took it back and I was told the phone is junk. That's funny cuz when I bought it I was told it was great and had great features. Should have stopped right then and there but went ahead and bought a new LG phone $180 out the door it never worked never. Drop calls unable to ever pull up my voicemail and could not dial a phone number everything else work though. Had to go to a funeral for my brother in Pittsburgh over the weekend very frustrating. Took it back on Tuesday said I had a problem and I was told you didn't buy that phone here? Then the customer service rep at Edinboro store handed me the their land line to call Cricket customer service to be told nope got to call LG. Call LG in South Korea that gentleman was very helpful and said he would reset my phone. Both of these phone calls were extremely difficult due to the language barrier but we got through it. The phone seem to work a little better although I still could not actually dial number had to use contacts and also frequently dropped calls and could not pull up my voicemail ever. I called customer service. They sent me a phone number to call which was impossible because I can't dial any numbers. Got to a landline called and was put on hold and then told due to covid-19 they're extremely backed up. They're warranty department finally called me two hours later and was told we will give you an envelope and you can mail the phone back and we will check it out. Not an option my only phone. I told the girl no thank you and the cricket as an outfit it's horrible. I think I should horrible 10 times trying not to swear. I went and bought a Sprint phone. Extremely happy fantastic deal. Buyer beware there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever at any of the cricket stores doesn't matter. It would help though if they at least smiled while they're sticking it in your rear no stars and again buyer beware I would have been better off throwing $180 out the window as I drove down the road. I was in sales for over 30 years I appreciate good service this was epic on how bad Cricket is from the bottom to the top How epic you might ask, this is the first time I have ever posted any type of complaint that's how epic it is the app is forcing me to pick a star

    In store personnel seems to be off beat at best. Home is a limited service area. After trying the…read moreinternet, I canceled within the time period to not be charged via online staff chat (great experience). I also wanted to return devices - after trying them we realized they were not capable of doing what we needed. Online staff told me I could go to any T-Mobile and there would be notes in my account for what needed to be done. I regrettably arrived at the store to closing, in which I apologized for and even apologized for and asked to simply do the return and I could come back for new devices. I needed to complete the returns without the window of time for buyers remorse. Not only was I met with a very unprofessional "you're not welcome" vibe and tone from the staff, I was also treated like a idiot and a liar - that there was no way they would have told me to come in store for the return if I bought online. Skipping to the end - they keep the home Internet (which I purchased online as well ) - I made sure to get a receipt. They refused the return of the devices. They were clearly more concerned with it being closing time than helping a customer, so they gave me a pretty pink bag and sent me on my way to call customer care (a number not voluntary given, but I have to ask for). I understand there is a line between online sales and in store purchases (the big ones being sales not wanting to do anything for no commission) but there needs to be a clear understanding of these policies. However attached is a screenshot from the T-Mobile website found under the description of returns and exchanges. Maybe this location needs to be retrained - as this states it can be done at any T-Mobile store for online purchases also the closed store for me is 30 minutes away so this was a waste of time and gas.
