So, I set aside my pride and took it to Joe and Mike at PC Care in Erie even though they are 45 miles away. Joe was absolutely GREAT and the service was fast. He not only got my BIOS to boot, but he also updated it for me...and even gave me a source of supply for a RGB cable that he noticed I needed. If you need a PC fixed, these are the guys to bring it to. They are true honest, knowledgeable professionals who do a great job and do not hurt your pocketbook. He was courteous and suggested things not to do to my computer in the future to avoid further problems, having never had it serviced, I was naturally afraid of scams but my daughter checked him out on line in 2 minutes or less and I choose a good technician it was my lucky day. Best buy stated that it is "just an issue seen with this type of computer". I took it to H&S and he shared that he would take a look at it. He communicated well throughout the process and asked permission before doing anything or making any changes. He tinkered with it and thought he fixed it, and asked to hold on to it for a day to make sure. He also was able to reinstall drivers best buy deleted and charged me $100 for. Fifty bucks later and I have a working and fast computer! Great experience from the very start!

I recently purchased a new router and couldn't seem to connect my wireless printer. The info in the…read moremanual wasn't helpful so I went online to the printer company and after hours of following all the written suggestions, I began a chat with someone who wasn't helpful in the least giving me links that circled back to where I'd started. Eventually he said there was something wrong with the router. I called my internet provider from whom I received the router and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Frustrated beyond my personal tolerance level (yelling at the dog for wanting to go out), I called Complete Computer. I was given two simple, common sense suggestions for me to try. The second one worked. Should have called Complete Computer first. I would have eliminated all those stress-filled hours.
