Very helpful and honest!! They gave me the option to fix but also informed me that it wouldn't get me the results that I wanted.

I recently purchased a new router and couldn't seem to connect my wireless printer. The info in the manual wasn't helpful so I went online to the printer company and after hours of following all the written suggestions, I began a chat with someone who wasn't helpful in the least giving me links that circled back to where I'd started. Eventually he said there was something wrong with the router. I called my internet provider from whom I received the router and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Frustrated beyond my personal tolerance level (yelling at the dog for wanting to go out), I called Complete Computer. I was given two simple, common sense suggestions for me to try. I recently had my computer updated from a 1TB to 2 TB HardDrive. I had provided a new WD HD drive purchased at Best Buy which turned out to be defective. Chuck, at Complete Computer Services was able to provide a new WD HD which he commented might be noisier than my old Seagate HD. I picked up the computer and had to agree that the WD drive was much loader (as would have been the Best Buy HD). Chuck was very accommodating and said to bring the computer back and he would special order a Seagate HD to insure that I was happy. The new drive was installed at no extra cost as he refused to charge me for the additional cost of the Seagate HD or his repeat setup time. I can't say enough about Chuck in that he was very professional, customer focused and offered a very quick turnaround time. I'll be back to Complete Computer Services for any future computer repair needs. read more

I needed to install windows 10 from my bootable cd "ISO", but the drive wasn't correct. I didn't have access to using the internet for info on how to fix the drive myself cause my Pc was down. I realised complete computer repair was around the corner by my apt. I called him up and said to him i needed my drive fixed so that i can install win 10 on it. He acted like he never been through this before. Very odd "flag". I mentioned i had this issue three years back and erie computer repair fixed my drive when i took my hard drive into them. He acted like he could fix it so i could install myself "instruction's from Microsoft"! Protocol instructions from Microsoft are as follows if you have a license, have them mail you their windows install cd, download ISO to burn to disc "which is created through media creation tool" or use media creation tool to install windows from your desk top. He was going against these instructions. Another flag! I specifically told him my iso would not install on that drive can you fix it so. I gave him 30 dollars to fix it. A day later i went to pick it up. I brought it home. It did not work. I called him up and he said well i'm not sure exactly why your getting errors. Flag! He said, well i can install win 10 for 90 dollars. Being a little confused about this guys honesty i thought for a few. He said i would have to bring the desk top in if i decided. Well, i did seeing how it was close by. I took it in and asked for a break seeing how he refused to fix drive. 80 dollars is what i'm paying now to fix my drive. Combined $110.00. He kept on saying things that was going against me completely like, that activation pin is junk. Again flag i got it from Microsoft on the phone and its whats in my activation window right now. I put a dispute in with my bank on the 80 dollar charge and if i have to i will take this to small claims court. I have a $3,800.00 set up with my system and this guy was making things really screwed up on purpose. Any of the users reading this that are unexperienced in Pc tech, do not deal with this guy. Computer was running slow, they said would be ready tomorrow. Week later I loaned a drive disk so they could finish it. Once home could NOT get online, (took tech support 1.5 Hr to fix) nor would nearly new printer work (after many hrs at home, got it working). Computer went in with Microsoft Office Home Edition, was returned with MS Professional Edition. Certainly cannot recommend this place. read more
