Eventually he said there was something wrong with the router. I called my internet provider from whom I received the router and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Frustrated beyond my personal tolerance level (yelling at the dog for wanting to go out), I called Complete Computer. I was given two simple, common sense suggestions for me to try. The second one worked. Should have called Complete Computer first. I would have eliminated all those stress-filled hours.
