If you happen to call on the phone you will immediately be put on hold for 20 minutes (presumably so they can NOT help the people actually in the office) and then they treat you with the same contempt as if you were actually there. Their "Customer Service" consists of the same people who work in the office who are available during the convenient hours of 9-5 ... so precisely never for anyone else who works traditional hours. Heaven forbid you need assistance in the evening or on the weekend. If you call to order internet on a Friday you might, MIGHT, get it turned on by Monday afternoon. Your internet will be promptly shut off within minutes if you are late paying your bill (or forget to re-sign for the next semester up if your on their ridiculous student plans) with no prior warning. I will reiterate - this is quite possibly the worst company I've ever done business with.
