Since that seemed to good to be true I asked him several times just to be sure, even asking him what the new bill cost would be, he gave me a number and it was less than I was paying. WELL, I got the new bill and AT&T was not only charging me full price for the phone, but my bill was over $45 more than what I had been paying. Seriously, I have to come into the store at another time, convenient to them? This is bad management. Setting up cell accounts isn't at all tricky. Not having multiple people trained, especially these days, is a local management issue. Customer service is an art, and this store has grown into a serious disappointment. Btw-corporate is never responsible for bad service. The people in that store either impress or dismay their customers.
