I got my usual exams and they asked me what insurance I had, and told them I have Medicare. They asked for my card and submitted a claim online and then told me I had to pay $98.00 which is the normal price. I paid, and a couple months later, I get a bill from them, wanting another $98.00, saying my Medicare claim was denied for payment. I couldn't figure why, but paid it online. Then I thought about it and took that bill and my original receipt up to them and told them what happened. They would not refund me the extra $98.00 which I shouldn't have paid the second time. I will never go back to them. I was told they were bought out by a bigger company, and they don't care about the customer, just the money.

They all seemed were very professional and interested in giving you the best care possible It was after that things changed. It seemed the individuals that answered the phone were uninterested and curt. The only doctor I saw, except for surgery, was Dr Carrie. You could tell she said pretty much the same thing to everyone and often spoke over you. She never mentioned how my eyes were doing any of the three times I was there. She gave me a sample of eye drops and pretty much sent me on my way. My last visit with her, do to some issues I was having, was unpleasant. The next day, when calling as instructed by billing, was unbelievably unprofessional and down right nasty!!! On the previous day's visit Karen spoke to me about my Insurance. It appeared the billing department needed me to call my Insurance company and get the billing straightened out. I did as they asked and spoke to a wonderful agent who went above and beyond to help me which included calling the Doctor's office with answers for Karen. VERY UNFORTUNATELY Karen was not there. The agent (we were on a 3 way call) asked if someone else could help us. We were told that Tonya could help and were transferred. The phone rang to her office about 15 times before the Insurance agent hung up and called again. This time after 4-5 rings Tonya picked up or rather we assumed it was Tonya. There was no greeting whatsoever. When my agent tried to explain why we were calling she was abruptly cut off. Tonya took the time, angrily, to tell us she was short staffed by 9 people and didn't have time for us! She then proceeded to tell us, why I don't know, that she has been in billing for 30 years, again, very rudely and angrily. She, rather than give us the minute it would take to hear my agent, proceeded to tell us again the she just wanted a reference number which she previously shouted several times. This time, however, she shouted that if we did not give her the reference number she would hang up and DID!!! My agent, myself and my husband who could hear her shouting were stunned. We would gladly have called back another time or let her call us if we could get in a word about the call. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and shabbily in my the life. We were rudely dismissed and shouted at over and over. Her angry attitude towards my agent and myself was unfounded and unnecessary. Instead of repeating herself about a reference number and not having time to help us she could easily have heard our reason for the call and then responded accordingly. My agent, who was still on the line, could not understand what just happened or why. We were only calling, as asked to do, to get their billing satisfied and the claim paid. A grievance is now being processed towards this office by my insurance company and myself for the unprofessionalism from Tonya. We have a recording of the call as evidence on file. Had they simply filed their claim correctly to begin with and not asked me to fix it this would not have had to happen. I feel that although the surgery staff was terrific the issues I am now having with my eyes, and the service I received after the surgery are a reason to consider going somewhere else.

I had a lot of concerns when it became clear that I needed cataract surgery. I read reviews and tried to do my homework. Now that I have gone through the procedures, I wanted to share a little about it. The options, insurance matters and potential out of pocket costs were clearly explained to me. After careful deliberation, I chose to have the Symphony multi-focal lens implants. I was hopeful that I would have vision on par with what I had with my contact lenses. The outcome was far better. Everything about the process was handled professionally and efficiently. I never felt I had to wait longer than a reasonable amount of time in the waiting room. At times, things could go quickly, but I never felt I was being rushed through anything. The doctors and staff always seemed to take whatever time was needed to provide individualized personal care. From the first consultation through all of the follow ups, I am more than pleased.

I stopped in today because I needed a new light for my Kia. I had no idea when I walked in that Chad was the store manager, but from the beginning he was incredibly genuine, professional, courteous, and helpful. When he looked up my previous purchase, he noticed on his own that the light was still under warranty--with only eight days remaining! Instead of simply selling me another one, he made sure the warranty was honored, got me the replacement, and installed it for me. That kind of honesty and customer service deserves to be recognized. Chad could not have been more helpful and told me that if I had any problems or needed anything else, to make sure I came back. I also want to recognize the entire staff at this location. Every single time I have been in this store, the employees have been professional, courteous, and willing to help. Today's experience with Chad just reinforced why this location has earned my business and will continue to get it. I had already purchased a dress from Alfred Angelo in Boardman Ohio and it came in 2 sizes too big and was just a horrible look for me. So somewhat panicked I decided to just see if David's Bridal had a sale that I could get an idea of what looked good since Alfred Angelo botched it. I had low expectations going in and didnt plan to buy. Toni was my attendant. From the beginning she looked at pictures of my old dress and explained to me what I was having a hard time verbalizing that my old dress was for a taller girl with a longer waistline and therefore wasn't flattering. I was so grateful for the honest yet kind feedback and she got right to work picking out several different styles that she felt would look great with my shape and size. I ended up picking the first dress she had me try on which was stunning! It was on sale for $200 off and I cannot tell you the peace of mind that I left with yesterday having found the dress of my dreams just a month before our wedding day! I'm so glad I walked in and my advice to any bride on here is if you are having second thoughts about your dress purchase get a second opinion. If you are in the Erie area, ask for Toni- she is wonderful! Also, stay away from Alfred Angelos. They are totally overpriced and have been unprofessional to work with from the get go.

During the first appointment, the staff was extremely impersonal and unhelpful. Upon leaving, the seamstress insisted I could leave my veil in the garment bag with my gown & they would steam it for me along with my dress. When I came back for my final fitting, the worker at the entdance was extremely rude. She insisted they did not have the undergarments I was requesting & that they never would have provided or recommended those undergarments for me even though I had used them for both my dress shopping and alterations appointments. I was finally able to try on my dress and soon found out that my veil was missing from my garment bag. After the seamstress and the worker from the front looked throughout the store and back room for my veil, the worker from the front then accused me of not bringing the veil in at all and stated that it was probably at my house although I had never taken it out of the garment bag since receiving it. Their solution was to give me a veil off the floor which I can only assume others had been trying on for who knows how long with no discount, reimbursement, or apology. I definitely will not be recommending their services to anyone I know in the future for bridal shopping or otherwise. There is a reason people talk poorly about the David's Bridal in Erie......
