This is one of 2 the kiosks in the center of the mall pretends to be T-Mobile. BUYER BEWARE! THEY…read moreARE NOT T-MOBILE!!! Of course they like to pretend that they are and they are an authorized reseller. Yes they have a poster that says T-mobile and they sell T-mobile service, but they have to call T-mobile customer service just like you do and can't anything for you. The really sad part is that there is a real T-mobile store in the mall right outside the entrance to the Target which I was trying to find when I got tangled up with this nightmare of a excuse for a business in the first place. Without going into details...I got slammed...I should have known better than to listen to what I was told and not read everything...I was lied to repeatedly and when I tried to calmly get some satisfaction...guess what? Only a bunch of teenagers giving me the run around. There in never anybody around with the authority to fix your problem. Ultimately, I found somebody at their corporate customer service (which took about ten phone calls) who figured out that I had been ripped off and lied to by the sales person so she tried to let me return the phone. Even then these people would not almost take it back. All this over some lousy $50 phone upgrade, can imagine what they are like when there is real money involved? Don't believe me check the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) they had over 375 open complaints about them when I filed mine...that's a lot!

This review is for the Encinitas / Cardiff location off Santa Fe Drive between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m…read more on Saturday , September 24th , 2022 : I went in to get the Liquid cement screen protector and nobody else was in the shop. I asked the store associate if she could do it for me and she said she didn't know how and proceeded to ask her coworker in the back on his break who might have been the manager. He said it's super easy and that she could do it and she obliged at which point I asked if I could go run an errand and come back if I leave my phone there as collateral for her to put the liquid cement on anyway and she said sure . So I left and 25 minutes later came back and I asked did you figure it out? She said yes and guided me through the payment process on a very complicated card reader that asks several questions before processing payment . So I paid and she said, " give me about 10 minutes." I asked what do you mean? I was gone for 25 minutes and you said I could do it and when I got back I asked if you had figured it out and you said yes . She replied that she had to deal with a couple customers and I looked around and nobody else was in the shop just like the first time I came in 25 minutes prior. I almost asked for my money back and left because she was very misleading and couldn't believe she couldn't accomplish the simple task in the 25 30 minutes that I was gone. This may sound like an entitled first world problem review but my beef is the fact that she said she could do it and didn't end up doing it in the 25 to 30 minutes I was gone. It's the principal that she said she would do something but then didn't do it. And I wouldn't have left this one star review if it was that alone but then she doubled down and made it seem like she had done it , had me pay and then proceeded to start doing it after I paid first. Horrible customer service ! Why would I leave and run an errand to save time just to wait another 10 minutes when I got back?? Moral of the story, if you can't do something, then don't tell me you can. If company policy mandates I pay first then so be it but you need to tell me that as a store associate because I don't know your policies. According to her, it was not a policy and when I asked if I could leave my phone as collateral, she said yes and she said she would do it. Furthermore, what was the guy doing in the back room not helping out when she "got busy"?? Btw, your entrance Door says to pull when it's actually push and the exit door says to push when it's actually Pole . Might want to get that fixed ...

He wasn't the most welcoming pleasant person but he did put my order in for the new Samsung fold phone. I wanted the large with the most memory available. He told me that it should be here by Thursday and to wait for someone to call when it's here. I kept checking the Verizon site and it showed the order but no updates on arrival. Over a week later, no one had called so we decided to drive back to see if it's arrived. When I tried calling their number, either it kept ringing or the call went to the main Verizon line. Walked in 9 days later, I was greeted by Andres. He was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, professional and very helpful. He was able to locate my new phone in the back. He patiently assisted me in transferring the information from my old phone to the new one. I am so thankful for Andres as he totally changed my mind about canceling my Verizon account. I came in upset and left satisfied because of how professional he is. If every person was as polite and professional as Andres, there would be more happy customers.
