I spent hours with T Mobile support because my phone would allow me to send or receive calls or text from some numbers. They had me do things over and over again and finally turned my phone into a brick. I could not use it at all. I took it to the T Mobile in Ellenton and told them what happened. There false promises and unstaffed added unauthorized lines which changed our bill up to $400+ a month i chose the phone because of work stop working In 2 week and the foldable screen stop responding. The attendant wanted to go back-and-forth with me about how it is just about the date. And that he would not be able to exchange it, and that it just meets the date, and he had to Asc's manager. Luckily enough, it was exchanged. My bill went down a little bit about $15, which wasn't that much. But I didn't want to get stuck with a phone that is not working. Is it just wasn't doing what I needed to do? I had to call 6112 rectify the situation without me.Having to switch to another provider i'll never recommend another customer or friend or family member to t mobile. read more

We signed up with T-Mobile about 3 months ago. It took 5 hours-mostly because there was huge problems getting things transferred from my old phone to the new phone. I thought there was a problem then but they assured me that it was fine. Then, there were more problems trying to use it so they 'changed out' the SIM card. I have had even more problems with my phone almost since then. For the past month, I've been working with T-Mobile online to get things fixed. I have spent many, many hours on the phone getting moved from one person to another-7 plus different T-Mobile staff. We were told it was and Internal Problems that the engineers were trying to solve. I called in the last time and Victor (senior staff) heard the story and said he would send out a new SIM card. It was worth a try. Today, when we called to get the steps to take out the old one and get the new SIM card turned on...we pulled out the tray and NO SIM card. How in the world, did they send a phone out after checking it without a SIM card. They said this could be the reason for all the problems. Is someone else using the SIM card assigned to me (I did have an IMEI number assigned so have been getting billed. We had been showing double the data that I showed on my phone. And far more than I have used in the months prior to this. We have an unlimited plan but it is ridiculous when you can't check the data online and get the same number as on the phone. I don't know if we will feel comfortable going backup the T-Mobile store. They had problems, made minor issues when we changed over and this was a big problem leaving a SIM card out. read more

Worst service ever! Don't waste your time go to a corporate store. This is a third-party store. Their information is not current tried to get me to pay a $200 bill saying it was past due AT&T. I was on the phone with AT&T they're saying there is nothing DUE! Aleah was rude, called me a dude told me to grow up because I was not willing to pay a bill that was not there. I had a zero balance. From pressuring you to buy a $6 dollar case for $30, to completely screwing up your phone transfer and absolutely promising free Netflix that took 4 hours and two weeks to sOrr out, going back the third time for asssistance on Netflix, we got the rude response call 611,good bye..Also get this a salesman signed my agreement that I had no idea that they added insurance at $20 a month I did not want and took another two hours to refund over the phone. my $70 /month turned into $113. And $30 per phone for set up, when they advertise zero transfer fees, and I was with T mobile. This is more of a local employee problem, hustlers and high pressure. I think T mobile over all is as good as anyone else. Stay away from ellenton, I don't write bad review, but they had me worked up for two weeks trying to straighten out my account. it was the worst customer in house service I ever had doing anything. stay away and watch what they sign for you, I should turn them into the authorities but it's over now, and I wasted so much time already.
