Dropped off my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller in January for repair. For months I got weekly (then…read morebi-weekly, then monthly) calls saying they still hadn't started on it and asking if I wanted to pick it up. I own multiple controllers and wasn't in a rush, so I left it. Calls eventually stopped. At the 6-month mark I went in. They told me they had thrown it away "because it had been so long." An employee then offered a different controller and tried to charge me $20 "for the part." When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.

On the phone they told me I could trade in our old phones for new ones and give to the store to get them. Long wait. Waited more than an hour then "Maria" comes over and asks how she could help us. I told her what the lady on the phone told us. She said we couldn't pick up phones there. I think we could but I think Maria doesn't know how to solve problems and help customers. By the way, Maria doesn't have a last name, or at least she didn't want to give it to us. Biggest waste of time. Extremely bad customer service. I hope it's not indicative of all Spectrum. Will have to fix problem by phone.

I'm leaving a 2-star review because my experience at this shop was very disappointing and…read moreconcerning. I brought in a non-working PC that we had been working on, along with some extra parts I had on the side. The technician asked to look at the extra components, and I agreed. While he was handling them, he used sleight of hand to take the most valuable part--the CPU--without paying for it or acknowledging it. On top of that, he also appeared to be trying to hide the box containing the rest of my parts among his own equipment, seemingly hoping I wouldn't notice. I had to stay alert just to make sure I left with what was mine. My biggest issue is trust. If you're running a business, you cannot be taking items from customers and pretending you're not interested just to keep them. That's not just unprofessional--it's dishonest. Additionally, the pricing for simple work felt excessive. I strongly recommend others to be very cautious of your valuables if you choose to come here. (Not recommended) but as an official customer , i will warn others and be fair to the community by telling them what experience I had myself. Whats fair is fair. I Will remove all feedback as soon as issues result. All please ask for is my intel i5 CPU back. It had a lot sentimental value to me, as it was my first build. Hope this helps anybody that reads
